There was a small issue with booking but Jasmine fixed it within a blink of an eye. She very kind, patient, helpful, and professional we need more people like her in the world! She truly went above and beyond and made mine my fiancés a night we will never forget. The restaurant was gorgeous and the food was pricey but was phenomenal and worth every penny. The whole kitchen staff from Sonya to the sous chef to the chef all were friendly with smiling faces as if they enjoy what they do and made sure we were relaxed and comfortable and well feed. The breakfast options were spectacular. We are counting the days we are able to get away and book again.

No proper air conditioning on the floors it seems like. When we were waiting for the elevator kinda felt like we were outside. The room air conditioning took awhile to reach the correct temp but even then it did it feel like the room cooled down. The bathroom door was a sliding door that does need to get fix I was stuck in the bathroom about 5 mins trying to open in it. I did not want to complain due to the fact I already had a issue to begin with. Not in hotels fault but with booking through a third party.

Lovely place to stay. Very clean, mostly quiet. We had a child in the room above us and he was having fun running back and forth, but once he went to sleep, super quiet. Fantastic breakfast. Came for an event and it was nice to not even have to walk outside to get into your event center. Overall 10 out of 10.

No indoor pool, but the outdoor pool looked lovely. Unfortunately, it was a very cold and windy weekend.

I liked how the staff was friendly. The beds were comfy and the pillow were fluffy. We stayed in the suite with the living area. It was awesome. We had a separate kitchen area. The Starbucks when you walk in is nice. They also have a huge sitting area downstairs with a bar and they give you a drink card for happy hour and one free drink. The breakfast was delicious downstairs with eggs, bacon sausage a buffet style wall through but they also had a chef to take your special order. Definitely would come back.

Breakfast was good! Staff was attentive, helpful, and ensured my stay was comfortable. My room was very clean and I did not experience any issues. The only complaint I have is that the bathroom sink had small draining issues. Other than that, I really enjoyed my stay! This was my second time at Embassy Suites San Antonio Brooks City Base Hotel & Spa. I would definitely stay here again the next time I visit San Antonio!

Breakfast was very good. Coffee was better than other hotels, no cardboard taste. Pool was always clean. They had love performances each night around the social hour. The staff was very welcoming. Room was large and felt like a small apartment. Plenty of room for 3 kids and 2 adults. Room stayed cold in 105 degree heat!

The beds were incredibly soft, but not so supporting. Probably good for others

The location is perfect from other amenities in Adan Antonio, and staff was very helpful, the Kitchen’s staff Amazing, breakfast was the favorite part for our Family.

Very clean and well maintained. The breakfast is probably the best I’ve experienced at any hotel! The restaurant and bar area was also very inviting and the service was great!

We love everything

The room was big, comfortable and the shower was great. The parking felt safe and I even saw police roaming the car park to check up.

When i lifted the toilet seat up there was yellow pee stains. Good thing is that I travel with disinfectant wipes.
