Quality Suites San Antonio

This hotel was average. Our room was a good size and beds were comfortable.

I feel that there was a lack of cleanliness in some of the places--the elevator area and the bathroom in our room. The TV didn't work in our room and when we called front desk, we found the phone had been unplugged. There was no "handyman" available that night to come to fix the problem. We figured out the next morning that the TV was unplugged also so we fixed that. Probably the work of whoever stayed in the room prior to us.

I loved the size and cleanliness of the room. I loved the location cus it's close to everything.

I didnt like that I didnt have the option to reschedule in case of an emergency. I didn't like the breakfast. Sausage was too salty and eggs were weird looking.

Very, very friendly and accommodating staff; good food at breakfast; comfy beds with plenty pillows.

Needs a little update on cosmetic side...the friendly service far outweighs chipped paint. The breakfast selection is small but tasty.

Nice size room. The only complaint is that the bathtub and toilet was stained. They need to upgrade their bathrooms. Besides that the room was large and nice. The staff was helpful and the breakfast was a full breakfast and was great. I would stay here again.

The location was great close to many stores and restaurants. The room was very clean. I think it was a great price for the room. I definitely got my money's worth. The Staff was very friendly as well

The only thing that was not up to standard was the cleaning of the pool

Food truck on the property or near it. Lots of people around the area then, helped to secure the parking lot.

Notice on front of building about not responsible for damage to vehicles or stolen property. Indicates that hotel is not in a real good part of town.

Breakfast wasn't all that good, the way it's been served, or maybe because the dining room it's to small, other than that, everything was OK.

The muffins were good and I love the flavored creamers and juice they have. I always grab a little bite and drink before I head to work. They sometimes have different stuff out so there's a small variety but variety none the less.

I really have no complaints. I always stay at this hotel and I love it. I wish the regular breakfast was back but the small snacks they provide are just fine.

Bed was very comfortable. Room was very nice and clean. Amply stocked with towels and coffee products. Even though breakfast was canceled due to covid, they provided individually wrapped sweet rolls, hot cereal packets, juice and additional coffee products.

Breakfast was excellent. Rooms were clean and staff was friendly.

I don't have any complaints.
