The room was clean and comfortable. It was a very nice place.

The coffee pot was missing,the blow dryer was melted and could have been a fire hazard and should have been taken out or replaced. I didn't complain because overall the Motel was very nice and management may not have been told about these things from the cleaning staff. They may need to exterminate because there was a very annoying cricket in the room that I could not find.

the pool was slimey and gross the first day we were there. it was so bad you couldn’t even see the bottom of the pool. the fountains didn’t work and it was just sad. by the time we left the fountains we’re working again and we could see the bottom of the pool & the water was clear.

Very nice hotel. It had all of the amenities that you could need in the room. The breakfast was a full breakfast menu and it was very good. Most places only serve cereal, variety of breads, etc. no complaints on this hotel. They actually have maid service everyday also. That is something that you do not see anymore!

You could hear everything the neighbors on each side of you and on the ceiling were doing so it had a tendency to get a little noisy at times.

Upon arrival I had requested accommodations for two queen beds and one sofa bed. Well I had to rent another room because they only had one king and a sofa bed. It cost be another $170. Just so we could all have a bed. Luckily my daughter is old enough to have separate room with her daughter. So Paul said there was really nothing he could do Upon checking out the young lady was very apologetic.

I liked the staff and everybody involved at that property they were all great.

I didn't like you guys at booking.com ruining my reservation and hotel had to make it up because of your negligence. Haven't received an apology or any concern about what you could have done better.. I'll visit this hotel again, but I wont book through you again.

Everything was really clean. The front desk staff was really nice and answered the many questions I had! Breakfast was so good! The lady running the whole thing did an amazing job! Everything was always fully stocked and we never had to wait for anything.

The young gentleman please forgive me I don't remember his name but he was awesome he took care off the situation respectfully moved me too another room.All could remember was he wore glasses I believe. This young gentleman went beyond and I would like for you all too recognize him in giving him an award or gift card for his hard work .

The pictures online were nothing like the actual hotel. Our room had NO CURTAINS so we had light coming in allllll night, could not sleep!! That's what i hated most so made our overall stay not good!

I love that it was so quiet and peaceful. The room looked very clean! Everything was perfect, although the location wasn’t the best for where I was going(downtown) but it didn’t matter to me since It was so comfortable. Will go again!

i loved the property my only bother was that 3rd floor #303 did not have a door to lock the restroom i would say they should remove the sliding door and add a regular door that can lock.
