Bed & pillows were very comfortable. Our room was very quiet. Loved having the comfortable sofa with foot stool in room. The TV swiveling to have the option to watch on bed or on sofa was nice. Having large size bottles of Shampoo, Conditioner and body wash provided in the shower was a plus. Breakfast was a great selection with hot and cold food items. Along with a selection of cold and hot beverages provided. Staff were friendly and helpful. One Elevator was out of service, but we didn't have long wait times for the elevator. Location is great as well to get on I-10 close to Six Flags, RIM, UTSA, La Cantera Mall, Medical center and straight shot downtown.

We didn't have time to check out the pool.

The room was clean and comfortable. Bed and pillows were comfortable. The facility is always clean, and is located near lots of eating options. The Shower had plenty of hot water and pressure.

I've stayed at this facility in the past and this time the price had increased tremendously. I almost didn't book because the price wasn't competitive with other options, but ultimately we stayed because we knew the location was nice. The price increase may have been because the time of our last visit was Spring Break for many people. The breakfast options were a lot less than on previous trips. Still a nice breakfast, but lacking a lot of options.

The room was comfortable. My Mother-in-Law stayed with us in the room, and the fold out couch was very comfortable. The room was a nice size, and the bed and pillows were comfortable. The room and bathroom were clean. Breakfast in the morning was good. Lots of different options, and we had no problem getting enough to eat. The little bar, and refreshment area at the front desk was convenient.

Someone had spilt something sticky on the floor on the floor we were staying on, and during the 2 days we stayed there nobody ever cleaned it up, and people continued to track it back and forth down the hall. People using the swimming pool tracked lots of water through the halls, and into the elevator during the day, and the floors were wet most of the time. I saw this as more of a inconsiderate people problem than I did a Hotel issue.

The facility is conveniently located. The facility was clean inside and out. The room was very comfortable, bed and pillows very comfortable. Plenty of hot water and water pressure in the shower. Sheets and towels soft and clean. The breakfast in the morning provided many nice options, and everything was prepared well. Staff was always friendly, and willing to help.

The staff was great! Always felt welcomed. The breakfast was decent they had a variety to choose from. My room was always kept clean with new linen and towels. Could not hear other guests which was great because I have a baby. Checking in and out was an easy process. Overall satisfied with my stay.

Only downside was that there weren't microwaves in the room you had to go to the dining area if you wanted to use one.

Family of 5(Paid the extra fees) but toiletries were not replenished in 3 nights 4 days. Pool a bit dirty,nothing that stopped the kids to used it lol. Staff AMAZING! The only thing stopping us from giving you the full 5 star rating are those details,willing to comeback next time to see if details were taken care of 😉

Location is great there is a great barbecue restaurant next to the hotel, and rooms are big and nice.

At the check in they did charge me $15,00 USD extra and they said they will get it back to you after checking out, that didn't happen, so looks like they keep they money from every checking in, who know what they do what that money.

the staff - from the front desk to the people working the breakfast area. in particular, Suzy was excellent and she came to table at breakfast and asked how our stay was and what Hyatt could do to make our stay more memorable. We have never had someone do this before so Suzy is definitely a keeper 😊

the washroom was a tad tight.

Pool, breakfast, couch bed, some employees were extra nice.

No extra blanket for sofa bed. I was freezing all night, I wanted to refill my water bottle but they said they didn't have any water yet for breakfast they had two pitchers. I had to but the smallest water bottle dor $3.00. Ridiculous! Last the shower was very uncomfortable for handicapped person the water facing the curtain made a huge mess on the floor.

The pool is always good, & breakfast is good! The facilities & staff are always good! The beds are very comfortable.

The lack of staff made it hard to get daily cleaning, but the staff that they had tried hard to go out of their way to accommodate.
