Breakfast is big and delicious. It's comparable to a diner with big, fresh portions. Healthy options as well. The rooms are always cleaned and loaded with fresh towels and linens. Front desk staff is some of the best I've encountered. And there is a bar in the main lobby that has reasonably priced drinks!

I have no complaints really. It's a business-class hotel and it met or exceeded all my expectations. My only issue was that I could hear some of the guests in surrounding rooms, but it wasn't too bad.

Loved the wonderful staff from greeting me when I first arrived and their friendliness during each and every encounter. I was a single female traveler and I felt totally safe and secure! Sheila and Berry greeted me on my arrival and they set the tone for the rest of my pleasant trip. I ate breakfast a few times and it was delicious and filling. Will definitely go again! And, one more thing, the housekeeping was outstanding! As well as the upkeep and cleanness of the whole facility.

Christy and Tesha were excellent servers very warm and polite. Chef Corey, TJ and Benny were excellent cooks and very polite to work with. Front desk Trinity and Jessica were extremely professional. All in all, the manager of this facility (Otis) needs to be recognized and commended for such an excellent job and for having such high marks in Customer Service. This made y stay so much more enjoyable.

Everyone on the staff was extremely friendly. The bed was actually comfortable unlike a lot of hotels. We booked a room that included breakfast and that was a great decision because it was the best breakfast I’ve ever had at a hotel. You can tell the chef cared about his job because the quality reflected this. This place definitely set the bar high. Keep up the high standards.

Nice entry, room met expectations. Clean and had everything we needed. Nice touch, shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the shower. Great job.

We didn't get the breakfast. Thought it was a little odd, it was a separate charge. However, understand it was a make to order breakfast, but I also understand there is a buffet. Possibly making the buffet included with your stay, would be nice.

It was very clean and quiet! Lovely atmosphere and attitude of all professional staff.

Room service was requested but did not come. I had to retrieve my own towels for the additional days of stay. No changes of linen or towels was completed during the stay. The bathroom toilet after flush stayed going for over two minutes and was very loud.

I loved that everything was clean. The pool was cleaned daily. The employees were very friendly(so I thought especially me coming from NYC). The fitness center which I used was also clean. The room I received was HUGE!

The food could have been better. They should have a breakfast included option.

Zay at the front desk was super helpful and very pleasant. Before ending our night we stopped at the bar and ordered some food and a bottle of wine with Stacey she was super attentive and the food was amazing. The room was very spacious and clean as well.

The property was well kept and in a nice location

The receptionist told at checkin that the toilet was leaking prior but had been fixed. Maintenance had to come to the room twice during my stay to supposedly fix said toilet that was still leaking water when we checked out. I was never given the option to change rooms nor did I receive any compensation for having to deal with said issue that was never fixed completely.
