Beautiful landscaping…

We had to be moved to another room due to the smell. What ever was in the first room got me sick. We had reservations for a 2 night stay. but checked out before the 2nd night. I’m still not feeling well. thankfully my children are doing well.

The resort was beautiful and the room was very nice, comfy beds! My grand babies loved the lazy River and they enjoyed the turtle feeding! The staff was very friendly! We are already planning to go back!

Our room didn’t feel like it ever completely cooled off, wasn’t hot but it didn’t seem like the ac was working properly! I also did not like that you couldn’t bring outside drinks and snacks into the pool area, having two small children it’s definitely needed!

The room, staff, food, restaurants, and the people were great. It was also close to the local mall.

The bed could have been bigger for a king size. The $60+ breakfast was great and we pre-paid, yet we were charged by the restaurant and the hotel front staff was able to take it off. There should be another way to take care of this so guests do not have to worry about it. Thanks.

We loved the lazy river and spent the majority of our time there. The grounds are beautiful and the staff is friendly. The restaurant was delicious.

The first time we stayed (about 3 years ago) the bed and pillows were SO comfortable. This time we did not sleep well because the beds were not as comfortable. My in-laws also came and loved the comfort of their bed... we assume maybe not all the rooms have the same bedding?? The first night our AC was not working and we were HOT. My husband brought it to their attention day 2 and they quickly sent someone to repair it - worked well the second night!

the bathtub. the water did not go down. I had to uncover the floor plug to remove all the encrusted hair from the public so that my children could bathe. it sucked. but I had to do it because the water did not go down and the shower and the water were filled up to the ankle.

For some reason me and my husband appear to be the only people checked into the hotel so it was very quiet it was no activity whatsoever.

The food at back table was expensive for their menu options were very seriously lacking but thankfully we had included breakfast with our package so we didn't have to pay for that.

We love the pools and walking areas and everything is so beautiful.

The prices have changed tremendously and the restaurant is way too expensive. I really loved Robards steaks before the buyout now it’s just not the same anymore.

We stayed a few days before Memorial Day Weekend, so the property was not crowded. The pools were open and the bar/cafe was closed. Staff said we could bring in our own food and drinks for that reason. Staff was friendly and the on site restaurant made us to go bar drinks for the pool. We didn’t have any problems during our stay.

Excellent rooms, kept very clean. The beds were extremely comfortable , good balance between firmness yet soft to lie on. Food at Back Door and Poolside restaurants was very good, slightly pricey but very tasty and well created. Requests for extra things coffee creamer, decaf coffee or tea for the room were answered in prompt manner. Breakfast buffet at the main restaurant in morning had a good selection. Worth the $30 if you have a good appetite.

Not much to dislike, except wish the price was a bit lower. However it is more reasonable than other resort hotels around Texas.

The Waterpark was absolutely amazing and the things there was to do every night for the kids. Smores by the firepit &movie night was awesome!!! Pool accommodations was the best not having to leave for anything and rhe service was impeccable. Being able to charge everything to the room was the best part so no need for bags or wallets.

Not super accommodating for large families with small kids. Expect you to have 2 rooms bc of the pool passes. Should be an option to buy an additional braclet.
