Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Terrell, an IHG Hotel

I was not happy that you have a check in at 3:00 I needed to get ready for a wedding that was to start at 2:00pm thankfully your staff was very helpful by calling maid service to see if a room was ready at 2;30 for us to get ready. we just made it to the wedding by 1:50pm the wedding was starting at 2:00 pm like I said . we are the grandparents of the groom. It wouldn't have looked very nice for us not to make. So thanks to your staff for saving the day for us.

Change your check in time . I know people have to check out at 11;00 but I feel as soon as a room is ready they should let the front desk know so people could check in for the above reason. Also it you are giving a free breakfast , they should serve that up to 10:30 if people have to check out by 11.00. We checked out at 10:00 and was told breakfast stop at 9:30. I was not happy about this. Because of that we had to go to Ihop next door.

We always use holiday inn wxpress when possible. Rooms are a good size and clean. Dependable.

This particular location is strange. Not HI's fault but city planners did terrible job of street/area access here.

Location was great. Room was clean and met my expectations.

The room was clean but smelled very flowery, like they used a lot of air freshener. It was quite overwhelming. We always bring a fan with us so we got that going as well as the ac to dissipate the smell.

the hotel is priced like a 4 star but the facilities are older like a 2 star hotel. The hotel looked nice in lobby and breakfast area but the room felt older. it needs some updating.

Clean, beds were comfy, large room, bathroom clean. Staff very helpful.

We missed the road near the outlet center to reach the hotel - a bit tricky getting there. Could be better marked. The Hotel is nice but needs updating - bathroom and furniture looking slightly bedraggled but not too bad. Some kid above us was jumping off the bed and pounding on the floor running back and forth. It went on and on, so finally I went downstairs to contact the front desk (phone front desk button did not seem to work in the room) and she immediately called and it was quiet. Breakfast is grab and go - would be nice to have a hot breakfast again. Half the fun of staying in a hotel.

The location was amazing. We were near everything. Not a lot of traffic which was a plus. The staff were very friendly. Mask were being enforced which I loved. My husband doesn't really brag on hotels but he did about this one.

I do not really have anything negative to say about this hotel. Everything was great from the staff to the room. It was a very nice weekend we spent. I recommend this hotel again and again.

Place good and staff friendly but guess girl not able to answer querions or look for a room...she was friendly...

Room was dirty we found a razor in the shower tube from preview guess and hair in the floor 🙃 not nice...we have to clean...

Great amount of space for trucks and vehicles with trailers. Always get the KING size rooms they are kept clean compared to other rooms. Breakfast was great.
