I wanted a hotel with a swimming pool and jacuzzi. This one had both but the indoor swimming pool was connected to the outside pool making it feel like an ice plunge. The jacuzzi was hot but the jets didn’t work. I wasn’t very happy about that.

The front desk ladies were awesome and so helpful! the rooms were perfect size and very clean & comfortable. I loved that there were two hot tubs!

the only bad thing was the pool was not heated. it was freezing! we could only use the hot tubs, which was unfortunate because we picked this hotel during our January stay because it had an indoor pool that we thought our kids could swim in. that was our only complaint!

Staff did not explain at check in about the meals and that you could order a breakfast from grill and not only order from the paper generic menu. No explanation on how to enter pool area. One smoking area had a exit door into area but no key entry back into building. We were locked out. Then we asked about that area at front desk and we were then told yes no entry back in but we have a large smoking area down the hall and out another door. No there is no explanation of the property at check in and that could improve. But other than that it was a nice property and clean. Price was good.

This was our first time at a Hilton Hotel, as we usually book with Drury or Marriot. I read all the reviews before booking and was thrilled to try a new business. Both my husband and I worked many years in Customer Service with management and read reviews on everything we purchase. And we recommend others with our experiences. My husband did not stay this time as he had to work, but my children and I enjoyed our stay. I also recommended this hotel on my Facebook page and had some of my family book with you the following week. Thanks for a great experience and we look forward to many other bookings in the future.

Location was perfect. Hotel was very clean and inviting. Would stay again if we are in the area.

The bed was pretty hard, could have had a softer mattress.

I liked the cleanliness and the comfortable beds. The swimming pool and hot tub was very nice. The accessibility to the room was also another big plus with a side entrance to the building.

I didn't like the fact they wouldn't let me pay for the food separately when my friend went to get food she wanted to pay for it with card separate from the billing card they told her no so she gave them cash thinking she was paying for it but yet ended up billing my card.

Everything there was poor people

Too expensive for breakfast they are fast food places around there. That’s pricey quality is good also.

Breakfast was just OK but expensive. I would have thought it would be included in room stay for what I got.

outside hot tub was not working. not a big deal though

I love the pool area kids and I can be out there for hours and I can have me a drink. The workout room was nice too and the laundry room. It was very nice from walking in to getting to my room. Oh and the room was very spacious A+ experience.

The room next to us had kids or teenagers that were really loud at night and in the morning but other than that I loved it
