Hilton Garden Inn Salt Lake City/Sandy

The hotel was right off of the expressway, which is just what we wanted after a long drive. It was carefully cleaned with a comfortable bed and nice sheets. The room is huge! My husband used the gym twice and said it was excellent -- he said the machines were nicer than the ones he uses at our expensive-ish gym at home. The shower was excellent -- good flow rate, easy to adjust the temp and joy of joy, there was also a handheld option. There were plenty of luggage trolleys, which has become important to us as we age. The front desk attendant, Keith, was extremely nice, funny, and helpful. Our t.v. had a glitch and a lovely man named Chewy came up within seconds and fixed it. He was extremely competent and friendly and gave us lots of suggestions of things to do in the area.

We had breakfast elsewhere. However, we ordered dinner from the dining area and purchased a few snacks. The room was fairly quiet and clean. Staff was friendly and efficient.

The prices were a bit high for the snacks. $5 for a non-snack bag of chips was a bit unreasonable, but I guess I paid for the convenience factor. I found the beds to be a bit too firm and uncomfortable. However, I have a medical issue and it isn't unusual. I have to bring extra pillows to add to what hotels provide.

Very kind staff, easy check-in, accommodating, very clean, affordable, good parking, nice spacious room, restaurants and shopping in walking distance, easy access to highways and town. Great experience.

Not much to co.plain about at this location other than this is Utah and you should just go. You have to pay for any extras at this hotel, like breakfast, etc.

Clean, friendly facilities with modern decor. The room was very comfortable with an awesome Air Conditioning. The staff was bright and friendly.

The jacuzzi tub was my absolute favorite. I don’t think I had ever spent so much time in a bath before. I’m 5’3 and could sit stretched out with my husband and we didn’t have to touch if we didn’t want to. It was amazing

The pillows were very uncomfortable.

The family above us had kids that were stomping, jumping and hitting walls from 7a-930a. We finally decided to call the front desk at 930 and the front desk handled it. They were very helpful. The family finally were quiet after the front desk called them.

didn’t have breakfast included. my daughter cried when we went down and it wasn’t included. was like $13 for meal and we didn’t bring out money downstairs.

Checking in and out with the app and opening locks with the phone was super convenient. The in room jetted tub was honestly amazing.

Everything was really great.

Very clean, nice bed/pillows/bedding, 24hr pool and hot tub, nice size TV with great reception, and most of the staff was exceptionally friendly. Excellent location, views, and parking.

With how much the room cost and the fact that breakfast is an additional $11 per person, you would think that coffee would at least be complementary.

We skipped the breakfast. Staff was great and made check-in actually fun.

We avoided food because it was expensive.
