Hampton Inn & Suites Salt Lake City/Farmington

Clean room & comfortable beds. During breakfast the 2 gals that kept the area stocked and clean were friendly and did an amazing job. I hope people left them lots of tips in their tip jar. Good and fair breakfast. The laundry room being right next to the pool was nice. Took advantage of both. Everything seemed very clean. We enjoyed our stay here.

Front desk gal checking us in wasn't that friendly. Is it really too hard to smile? She seemed board. Wasn't aware there was a free shuttle to the Lagoon amusement park from the hotel. Found out from another guest and not from the hotel.

The breakfast was great! A full hot breakfast was available and the coffee was good! There was a sweet attendant the monitored the breakfast area and kept every very clean, tables were all clean! The room was nice and clean, carpet looked nice not old and matted down which I have a hard time with hotel carpet. Amenities were nice, pool, hot tub, fitness center, area to purchase snacks. The entire staff was very professional and warm.

The location was great. It was clean. Our room was excellent size for our stay.

Unfortunately they were not recommending or enforcing the use of masks with their staff or guests in common indoor areas like their important details stated (especially as the state is experiencing high transmission rates of covid right now). They could also use larger garbage bins on each floor for guest to through away items that are larger than the small garbage bins in the guest rooms. We ordered take out and had to walk down to the lobby to find a overflowing garage bin to do what other guest have done and throw away our to go containers.

Clean, comfortable, and safe. The beds were very comfortable. The pillows, sheets and blankets were soft and we slept really well. It was quiet. The staff was helpful and friendly. The breakfast was really good with lots of choices. Having coffee available all the time was awesome! We did not try the hot tub or pool as we hadn’t brought suits. I really liked that there was a laundry for the guests.

The shower head spray was too wide and uneven. It wasn’t adjustable it was hard to rinse off.

Very friendly staff. Nice clean and comfortable room. Great breakfast in the morning. A shuttle was provided back and fourth to our destination.

The price for one night was a little expensive in my opinion. Other than that I can't really think of anything negative to say about our stay.

My recent stay here was the third time I have booked a stay at Hampton Inn. I Love this hotel! From the kind reception desk personnel to the friendly housekeepers...I feel like I have new friends! EVERYONE I came in contact with was amazing! Thank you for being so kind. I felt right at home while traveling alone.

The Breakfast was great 6-10 am there was plenty and my kids love it and we loved it too we went to lagoon amusement park and the fact we were so close was even better the price was just right.

We arive early and we still had to wait untill 3:00 for check in . Even though I message them on advance but overall it was great

Room was clean and comfortable, except the desk chair had absolutely NO back support. The chair was obviously broken and needs to be replaced. Breakfast bar was great and well kept by an attentive group of workers.

There were two bright lights shining up to show off the hotel facade, but they both shone straight into our room window at night.

Breakfast was excellent with many options. The staff was outstanding. We stayed two nights and each person that we interacted with was great! They genuinely seemed to care.

The hotel was a bit pricey, but I am sure this is due to the great location.

The staff was excellent and went out of their way to get us to and from Lagoon. Another staff member helped me find some extra pillows at around midnight which I thought was extremely nice of him.

I liked everything. The only thing I would say is I wish the trash cans were bigger but it wasn't a big problem for one night.
