Good breakfast, comfortable mattress, clean room/bathroom, friendly staff, clean hotel facilities (pool, reception area, etc.), nice decorations and furnishings.

Our fridge and microwave didn't work. We told the front desk, who later said they tripped the breaker. They still didn't work so we told the new desk receptionist. It never got fixed so we never had use of fridge/microwave. (My husband figured out it wasn't a tripped breaker--the plug itself did not have power for whatever reason.)

very clean the lady that did breakfast was very help and nice !! We loved that the pool was warm!! only the second one that we have ever been to that we could even get in without freezing

hot tub was way to small !! And the the kid that checked us in was not friendly or welcoming at all acted like we were a bother!! which was rough because we were the for my MILs funeral!! however the young man on the day shift that next day was very nice ! Parking and getting to this hotel was interesting

It was clean, the staff was friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was great. I had booked two nights but only needed one and staff was very accommodating only charging us the one night. I had also forgotten my toiletries and the staff was very helpful in sending them to me, and the shipping cost wasn’t nearly as much as I had thought it may be.

I didn’t sleep very well, the bed was too hard, our room was cold and the heater didn’t seem to be able to be kept at an even temperature.

Good location for shopping - is across the street from the Layton Shopping Mall.

Pillows were too hard and high for me - as alternative only had recently exchanged pillows (old and lumpy) available. Went out and bought a new pillow at a local dept store. Would be good if they had a variety of pillow types (eg. competitor hotels have this) for people with cervical orthopedic issues.

Stayed for 1 night on our road trip after visiting Antelope Island and before heading to Moab the next day. I use Best Western a lot and always find them to be a good standard and price. This one was no exception. Good size room with microwave & fridge. Very clean. Comfy bed. Everything you need for an overnight stop including a good breakfast. Great!

The breakfast was good. It was standard fare -- eggs, sausage, bacon, the waffles you make yourself, assorted cereals and breads, and juice/coffee. The dining area was clean. Nothing special, but satisfying. As for the room, it was clean and comfortable. Most importantly, it was in walking distance to the Layton Convention center, and so this hotel was a great alternative to the Hilton Garden Center, which is built into it.

I have no real complaints. I expected a comfortable bed, within reasonable walking distance to the Layton Convention Center, and a decent breakfast. It didn't surpass my expectations, but it wasn't below them either. I got what I paid for.

We made a loop around the west in 12 days-this was one of the top 2 hotels of our trip! Very clean!

SUPER CLEAN! Our 3 yr old ran around the room and went down for breakfast in socks and they were clean!! cleaner than they are in our own house! LOL breakfast staff was friendly and food was pretty good for hotel buffet style food.

pillows!!! they are horrible. feel like old bean bag beans in them. Bring your own (if you can) I was tempted to buy some at target!

The location was very convenient to our needs (we had to stay near Layton). A large free parking is available for the hotel is located in a commercial area. We particularly appreciated the robust breakfast, one of the best we had in our long trip and the many hotels in where we stayed after this one.

Having some more service, such an internal laundry, would have been great.

Location was great, close to outdoor recreation without having to be in the city. Breakfast was amazing! So many choices, Staff were super friendly and helpful. We had a really good stay.
