Location was Central to where we needed to be. And it was easy to find. There are plenty of restaurants in walking distance. Or short driving distance.

There was nothing wrong with the hotel or the room. Everything was as expected. For us there was some issues with payment. Even though we paid in full online at the time of booking, the hotel still charged us at checkout. They say they didn't show on their end that I had paid through booking. It took about a week to get the whole mess figured out and my money refunded.

Breakfast was good with many selections. Could have been better with real, not turkey sausage, but still very good. Check-in and check-out digitally was wonderful. Bathroom and shower roomy and were excellent. Beds were very comfortable with lots of pillows.

Two queen bed room had absolutely no furniture. The only items were a wall mounted desk and a small, uncomfortable chair with wheels. No additional chair, recliner, couch, table, or anything else. Room was very small, mini-fridge had no small freezer.

The room was nice and the breakfast was excellent.

We were not told that the elevator was being redone. It was a pain to always have to go up and down the stairs. After spilling some water in the flooring, I used a towel to wipe it up and it was filthy.

I thought there was a pool and was disappointed that we had to go to the Holiday Inn pool.

The tv needs a guide…when we’re travelling we always like to know the weather (most of the hotels we’ve stayed in have a guide button on the remote) so if the main channels were on a card it would be easier to find. Other than that we were happy to treat ourselves to night at the Hampton.

The only complaint I had was the room wasn’t really dusted that great and also the handicap accessible chair, things for the pool and the Jacuzzi were very very rusted and it was kind of a nasty eyesore

My wife and I loved the size of the bed that we slept in. We also both loved the type of shower that we had. We also loved the breakfast area. We were satisfied with the customer service that was offered.

We do wish that the main part of the hotel room was lit up more or had central light. We also wish the size of the pool was a little bigger so that we wouldn't feel crammed next to everyone. We also wish the same for hot tubs.

The bathroom was great for me, as a disabled person. It had grab bars and a seat for the shower. The shower head could be taken down and moved around as needed, too. They got us extra pillows right away when asked, too. I also like that they provide essentials at the front desk if you forget stuff. Sanitary products were a life-saver.

The bed was a bit uncomfortable. I never did like a firm mattress. The shower curtain was hard to keep closed, especially with the shower seat in place. Just be aware the floor might get wet.

Nice, clean, and very friendly. They stated I was the "guest of the day" it was awesome. I got a goodie basket, my own parking spot, and they upgraded my room.

We were bummed about the hot tub. It wasn't working and the pool was super cold for me.

The breakfast offers more than others such as omelets, sausage, hot oatmeal, and variey of beverages. the location is perfect for visiting family and easy on off highways.

Not having enough time to enjoy pool and hot tub. Also the bumps on the parking area are too severe.
