Room & bathroom were clean, decor was good and we liked the location to the activities we were interested in. All amenities worked. No issues with the room.

The breakfast room was very small and busy. Food trays were empty so had to ask to replenish but was promptly looked after. Parking was very congested due to lots of OTV's parked in parking stalls along with their truck and trailers taking up a more parking stalls. The owners congregated in the parking lot as they arrived back from the daily activities so it was very loud and busy until dark. Was quiet after that though. Too busy for us to stay here again - we like quieter locations. So for that reason we would choose a property that can't accommodate these customers.

Very good room, large and comfortable. We just needed a place to sleep in our trip, but it was a very good stay. The city itself has a frontier motif, due to its past in the first half of the 20th century as a western movie location, which they show everywhere. Kanab is also close to Glen Canyon, which is why we chose it.

The breakfast did not offer as many foods as some do, but it was good. The place was nice and clean now the staff that I had dealings with was excellent.

I liked everything there, there's nothing to write here, because there was nothing I didn't like

I found a toenail clipping in the bathtub and a used Q-tip behind the toilet when I went into my bathroom. I cleaned them both myself bc I understand things happen and get missed, but it was a little cringy.

the bed was very comfortable & room was clean. ice available. the pool was clean but very cold. but in the 100 degree heat it felt pretty good. fridge in room was nice to have

the hot tub wasn’t functioning- which was perfectly ok but it wasn’t covered & was very filthy. it needs to be cleaned & covered.

The room is big, clean and well equipped. The receptionist was really nice and helpful. The breakfast was good, especially the waffles !

The bed was a little bouncy, and it's a shame that all the dishes for breakfast are disposable... Not very sustainable development.

Staff was very nice! For the price you can't beat it...

Just an old hotel, nothing really bad, standard room bed was really old and hard. Had to get an upgraded room which was great!

On the edge of town and not noisy from the street. Nice views.

Old breakfast food like sliced was there all three days without changing. Another guest found expired milk out for coffee.

- Comfy beds. - Good quality/price ratio.

- Breakfast was awful. There were no fresh vegetables and the only source of protein was a microwave-heated omelette filled with cheese and mayonnaise (I think). - The bathroom could use a bit more cleaning and freshening-up, but it wasn't anything serious.

The location was great convenient to the restaurants very convenient to the place we wanted to visit

Wi-Fi signal was weak and there was mole the bathroom tub
