The location was very good (between Grand, Bryce, and Zion Canyon), room was clean and housekeeper kept maintaining the room well. Also, I would say breakfast was not the best, but good enough to provide us energy. We have not used pool or fitness room, so we have nothing to talk about it. So far, Comfort Suite is best place that I have been staying with my family in U.S. and we would consider coming back this place if we have to come Kanab in the future.

There is nothing we did not like about the place. If there need a little more improvement, that would be a wifi speed (wifi was easy to connect, and it was not slow, but we wished it was little bit faster).

On the positive side, the hotel was very comfortable and the room was very spacious and clean. Facilities were great and the staff in charge of maintenance were very helpful and friendly. They helped us a great deal with the cumbersome laundry machines.

On the negative side, on the one hand, the gentleman at reception in the evening was not particularly friendly. He did not inform us about the $151 deposit, which took us by surprise. On the other hand, breakfast service seemed quite understaffed. People in charge of the breakfast table could not handle the demands required when they had many guests at the same time. On Sunday, we missed scrambled eggs, biscuits, gravy and bacon. It was 8 am. It might have been a bit early, I guess.

As expected from the common popular Comfort Suites. Ease of finding the hotel and great lightings at parking lot. Very nice facility for the cost. Rooms were great, simple and practical, no issues whatsoever and indeed comfortable. Highly recommended for a normal overnight stay. Elevator for a two store building worked well for me. Self-serve breakfast was good, there were all sorts of variety as would expect from comfort.

More pancake mix please to make waffle for breakfast, that is all. More noise, because it was too quiet and comfortable (trying to come up with something I didn't like). Less bright and open lobby (just kidding).

Breakfast was a bit disappointing because the eggs were powdered and tough. My husband did not get a hot shower the whole time we were here, I went first and first couple nights it was Luke warm, I finally did get a hot one, but he would go after me and was barely lukewarm. I’m hoping there is an issue with hot water, and will be fixed soon. As a suggestion, the showers were nice and big, but we ladies need a foot prop so we can safely shave our legs.😀

Real Eggs!

I liked the location as it was close to all our destinations (Zion & Bryce). I liked the breakfast, everyday was something new and good. I liked how housekeeping came in daily to make bed, take trash, and change towels (not many places do this unless you ask). I liked the pool and big jacuzzi. The hotel was clean and quiet. I would come back.

The bathroom smelled like urine, recommend using vinegar to clean. It wasn’t a big deal but it bothered me (I used my own spray to mask the smell). The bed was quite hard and uncomfortable but I managed. lastly, I asked the staff to switch my payment from one card to another card and they refused, I’m not used to paying until check out, So that was weird that they couldn’t accommodate.

The room was perfect for traveling-- plenty of space. LOVE the walk-in shower. Bed was comfortable, pillows are awesome. The place was very clean. Breakfast area had a lot of seating, although I didn't have breakfast here only because the summit I was attending was providing breakfast. In the heart of Kanab, close to C-store, restaurants and perfect for walking around downtown. I will be coming back with my family and we'll be staying here for sure.

The room was wonderful. Spacious and clean. The breakfast was very nice.

The small waffle iron didn't thoroughly cook the waffles. I ended up getting an upset stomach as a result. The front desk staff didn't remember a fee they were supposed to add. At first they couldn't find a package that was left for me & it ended up being right to the side of their front desk. Seemed a little casual & not 100% helpful.

The room was nice and had enough room for our 2 kids/2 adult party. The pool was refreshing. The location was great. Parking was easy. No loud parties or late night noise. The check in host was very kind and friendly

The breakfast was awful. The eggs were like plastic. The bacon was paper thin. The only thing edible was the waffles and that is debatable. The lines were long at 8 a.m.

The staff was amazing! The free breakfast buffet was great & loved the location! Also the room was very great!! Even the view from the property was amazing!

The only thing I didn't like was that the waterfall wasn't working. That was a big reason why I chose this place, but when we got to the pool, it wasn't working. That was disappointing. But overall the stay as a whole was wonderful!

I liked the big room and larger space in bathroom. We also liked the separate sitting area.

Water in shower was barely warm. I understand the need for low flow water faucet but I couldn't get the shower temp to warm up beyond just barely tepid. Also, the breakfast cooked food was not good. However, I've noticed that it's in line with most hotels that provide breakfast. Bacon was really tasty but eggs and biscuits were not good.
