Beautiful view toward the mountains, facing west. The bed was very comfortable and the gas heater was very efficient for the cold nights.
The bathroom facilities were a bit far away.

We stayed here for 1 night while visiting Zion in a covered wagon. The facilities were great, toilets and showers were very clean and there was an outside communal game area with axe throwing which we found fun. Heather was an absolute delight! She could not have done more for us when we stayed here, she even came round in the evening and gave everyone a s'mores kit for the fire! Highly recommend and would definitley return if we were to visit here again.

A unique experience with a wagon like room and the stunning view on the terrace and its quiet, some other similar camps are set next to the road but this one is quite isolated. The night is quiet and full of stars (except some selfish people played music and talked loudly deep into late night). The car can park just next to the camp, very convenient. Utility is surprisingly redundant, cooking, bbq, utensils, snacks, drinks… all you need is there, and a very nice supermarket nearby. Charles is really nice to help out on fire setup and share his tips on travelling around, especially the water canyon trail, it’s really a hidden treasure with relatively moderate hike, the reward is excellent! The environment is accessible to major sites like Zion, Bryce and Antelope, it’s a good base.

The beds were EXTRA COMFY! The tent was perfect, clean, and had great air-conditioning. The area is beautiful! There were millions of stars at night, the campground was very quiet at night The staff was amazing Heather was incredibly helpful and always there with a smile. Charles was incredible - instantly answered anything we needed. The best employee by far is Zeus though. The town of Hildale is charming, we saw a hometown football game - the whole town was there for Friday night, and the supermarket has the best homemade muffins and sandwiches ever. The campground is incredibly private but you are literally 5 minutes from the edge of town and some great food and coffee if you want it.

Really lovely staff (thanks for everything Charles!) lots of thought has gone into the set up and all the amenities. Little wagon was super clean, free car parking, lots of extra blankets, towels, would be an amazing stay in the summer months particularly! Short drive to a supermarket and some other shops. About 40 minutes from Zion National Park.
Check in was a little difficult as we didn't have a US phone number so couldn't get in touch with them, had to get another guest to help. Bathrooms are communal and a wee way away from the property, not a problem just a freezing and dark walk away this time of year!

We were lucky enough to stumble across the most beautiful camping spot I think we've ever stayed at. We were greeted by the lovely host who immediately upgraded our tent to a better viewing point and it was incredible! The camping area has all the amenities you could possibly want, plus more. It's clean, private, the views are just breathtaking, and the price per night is exceptionally reasonable. We were highly impressed with the size of the tent, comfort of the bed and warmth the heater provided during the night. There's firewood to access, outdoor cooking facilities and little bungalows here and there with swinging rocking chairs. We will be telling all of our friends about this little gem and will definitely come back when our travels bring us this way again. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience!

Charles is one of the owners of the property and gives you a very warm welcome. He does most of the work on the campsite by himself, it is visibly a passion project. Our tent looked amazing and was surprisingly clean in a dusty environment like Utah. All the facilities were there, like electricity and even an air conditioning in the tent (!) (double check if your tent is provided with this), towels for showering (nice and clean bathrooms), both a private and common lounge area and a bbq with cooking utensils. Your car can be parked near the tent. For $8 you can buy wood to set up a campfire. There is a large supermarket at about a 10 minute drive. Charles knows a shortcut to Springdale & Zion National Park, that saves you at least 15-20 minutes. That makes it about 40 minutes travel time to the park, instead of an hour. The views from the camping make up for it. This was our favorite stay during our trip so far. :-)
Nothing we didn’t like.

Great staff! Welcoming, responsive, and helpful. Clearly care if guests have a good stay. Comfortable accommodation true to the listing. Absolutely gorgeous location! Love that each site had a grill available, a table (picnic table or porch furniture) set AND comfortable outdoor chairs, and a heating/cooling unit. The communal pavilion on top of the hill was adorable and a great place to enjoy stargazing or morning coffee from the office. Also a great bonus that the farm animals were nearby to visit and Zeus the dog was a joy to play with. Tons of fun that it's RIGHT on the state border. Would absolutely stay again.
That we didn't stay longer!

Clean bathrooms, clean tent. There are lights along the walking paths so it is navigatable during the night. There is a power outlet and tent lamp provided. There is a small table top bbq grill and some utensils on the picnic table outside the tent, and also a water pump/tap, 2 chairs around the fire spot. Water is available in the main office. Bed is confortable.
Only managed by one person, so he might be slightly busy. Had to wait a while to check in as he was away settling some stuff. Air conditioning unit in the tent is kind of unreliable, either too cold or too hot - decided to not switch it on eventually.

Very cute "glamping" in the middle of nowhere (close to a small city) with a beautiful view on the mountains! The tents are comparatively big and well-equipped (bed, table, chairs, AC, a cooling box loanable that functions as a fridge, a grill for bbq and a fireplace + chairs outside). The persons who work there are super friendly! The location is good if you want to do several day trips in the area as the accommodation is kinda located in the middle of everything (1h to Mt Zion, 2h to Bryce Canyon, 2h to Horseshoe Bend + Antelope Canyon, appr. 2h to Las Vegas)
The wifi did not really work in the tent (it only worked close to the lobby)
