Clean and perfectly adequate.

Furnishings are a bit worn. Replacing the lamp shades with ripped liners that cast a shadow like deformed jack-o-lanterns when lit would go a long way to sprucing up the room's appearance. Also, the instructions on the wall for the TV didn't work at all -- it took me about 15 minutes of pressing buttons to get the cable box synced with the TV, and even then if I pressed the wrong button, it would go out of sync and I'd have to start all over. More detailed instructions would have been helpful.

Owner is very attentive, they are personally involved. Good stay. I stayed another week.

Very open, clean rooms, good price, good location, ice machine, smoking area. I don’t smoke but appreciate that there is a smoking area and is well used. Well lit area, comfortable for smokers. Non smoking in room.

The customer service was amazing. We got in after 11 PM and she checked us in with a smile. She also helped me print off some documents I left at home. The bed was comfortable and the location was great. The room and bathroom was clean. A good value for the low price.

The tub looked like it needed a refinish but it wasn't gross.

This was my 2nd stay here as I came prior to visit with dropping my daughter off to work in Moab. Visiting again was pleasant as it was the first time.

I really don't have any complaints it's a simple comfortable set up here. I will be here again, and the owners are nice

Lady at reception was incredibly helpful for adjusting reservation and exceptionally friendly!

If traveling with pets, there are only a handful of rooms that are deemed ok for your companion, was lucky enough to get one.

Good location not far from Moab or Canyonlands and other parks, good price considering this. Good for just sleeping for a cheap price, comfortable and clean beds.

Building is very outdated, tv did not work and the wifi was very poor.

Very comfortable room. Slept really well, even when there was truck traffic along the main road. Very comfortable bed.

The smell of the cleaners used was really strong. Had to open the windows and front door to air out.

The complimentary coffee meant a lot to me. It was nice to not have to find someplace for my morning coffee.

Google maps needs to be updated. It sent me to the wrong location and I had to call the desk for directions.

Perfect location to do Monuments Valley, Canyonlands or Arches NP. Bedroom was OK with a mini-fridge, a microwave and a coffee machine.

However the ice machine was out of order and wifi was inexistant.

Everything was just perfect! The lady at the front desk was so incredibly nice! I was so tired after driving all day into the night & this is exactly what I needed!
