The room had an upscale southwestern design. Queen size bed frame made from pine lodge poles. Very comfortable pillows, and mattress was like sleeping in a cloud. Same with a single bed in separate area. Navajo rugs and pottery throughout. Shower had lots of pressure and hot water. Bathroom sink basin had attractive woodwork. Microwave, refrigerator, coffee machine, good internet is always appreciated. Anxious to return to the property on the the way back after finish of vacation. Check in person was pleasant and accommodating. A truly delightful stay at a property only seen on photos.
I would not change a thing.

A really proper welcome in a surprisingly tidy city in the desert. The room has everything we might need, perhaps a bit too much for the room and very comfortable. The breakfast area in the rear garden is excellent and the breakfast itself was good.
Not in any way faults with the hotel but Blanding lacks a decent place for an evening meal - and is in a part of Utah where alcohol is not served. We picnicked in the yard with wine we had bought in Moab - and thoroughly enjoyed it.

The hotel room has a unique set up with a western look which we really liked. We had a room with a separating wall between the two queen beds which was nice. We also liked the hard wood floor and stone tiles instead of old carpets in most other hotels.
The breakfast area is way too small! There was not enough room for all guests to sit at the one large table that is in the breakfast area so people had to take their breakfast with them. In the summer that would be ok as all rooms have a table and chairs outside the room.

Lovely, relaxing, interesting motel! Nice garden with flowers and hummingbirds. Decorations to the last detail in rooms, beautiful wood and metal. Comfortable, comfortable beds and pillows. Nice amenities in room. AC and fan worked very well. Great shower and bathroom. Very clean, nice parking. The Owners were so nice and helped us find biking places. Just charming. We met intersting people "in the garden" and the atmosphere was so friendly.
We stayed three nights. Last afternoon we were there, someone constructed a new door way on room next door. Very noisy. No one it warned us this would happen or would we like to change rooms., the room on the other side of the one getting new doorway was vacant and could have done that one instead of next to us ........ No nap. No sitting in front. Breakfast was wonderful when available. Ran out of at least one main breakfast offering each day. The rolls are to die for, but be sure to get asap! Breakfast staff could use a refresher.... I must say, what was available daily was top quality -- ie Yoplait yogurts, breads, banana bread.

Charming little place. Our "room with two queen beds" was actually two small rooms; sort of a motel room with a wall in between the beds. The bathroom was very cute. The whole place seemed to have been remodeled recently. There is a beautiful little garden area behind the building. There is only one "full-service" restaurant in town, but it's good, with a varied menu, and it's within a pleasant 3-block walk of the inn.
The breakfast was very good, but it is served in a small room with one community table, so it can be a bit crowded.

our reserved room’s A/C went out and booking.com found us a room here. Wow! it was, by far, the best place we stayed on our trip! They have delightful rooms with handmade lemongrass soaps. there are comfortable beds, and you can even watch the TV from 2 different rooms. Their complementary breakfast is leagues above any other free breakfast I’ve had. Definitely check it out!

Quiet and drive up to your room. the rooms are spacious and had barn door style doors to separate the beds and comfortable beds. Each room has its own table and chairs out front in the grass great for relaxing with a glass of wine. The breakfast was “continental” but much more with home made apple bread, stuffed egg/ham pastries and rolls I’ve stayed in a bunch of drive up style motor lodges, this one is the best. Family owned with an attentive Navaho staff. I’d highly recommend them to anyone! Scott in Summerville, SC.
Nothing!

2 beds were in basically 2 different rooms providing extra privacy. Property was well maintained but felt quaint. Breakfast had some unique items from major hotels that were really good.
Could've used a couple softer chains in the room, and the faucet was a little short for the sink( had to wipe water up). (but honestly that is nit-picking)

With a family of five, typically some of the suites are a little cramped and undersized. This one had more than ample space and was extremely comfortable and well furnished. Plenty of refrigerator space and
Would have been lovely to sit outdoors for dinner at the tables, but they were pretty filthy from birds. Good spray and clean would have been great.

My husband and I are so picky and spoiled and we LOVED the Stone Lizard Lodge. the breakfast was actually homemade, not just a standard continental breakfast, the rooms were clean and comfortable, rustic modern, and even had a handheld showerhead. This is definitely the nicest hotel in the area by far, and is super close to all the great parks. Will stay again!
