Everything! We have been to this inn prior years (before it was Blue Sage) and it was fine. Everything they have done since then has just been jaw dropping! It’s absolutely beautiful and the beds were so comfy and the pillows were a dream! We used to live in Blanding, UT so we are familiar with the area and town. The Blue Sage was a fresh visit that is definitely worth more stays!

Nothing! It was wonderful!

It’s right in town off of a main road, the room was very roomy, it was comfortable, extremely clean, we were impressed with the luggage storage options in the room, and it even had a little counter with office space, a little sewing kit in the bathroom in case you rip some thing, a microwave, and a fridge, a coffee pot, a large screen, TV, and the bathroom was incredible! I think there’s a bathrobe in there too, the little finishing touches in this motel are amazing! we parked right in front of our room, We liked the breakfast options, there is a grocery store nearby. We were there for July 4 and we loved the fireworks! The people in the town are really welcoming.

It was a different type of motel - lovely design with some outdoor furniture including gas fire area that we were able to use. Breakfast itself was much better than the description- small breakfast room with an excellent choice of food including hot breakfast muffins that you could microwave, juice, cereal, coffee and tea, homemade cake- really nice.

Blading itself closes at 9pm so hard to get food later at night. No issues at all with the property

On first glance I was worried about this property. But it has recently been refurbished and has historical architectural significance. The rooms were updated and very clean and comfortable.

The television channels were via streaming. We could not get ESPN to watch NBA playoffs. Toilets are too low! There were no tissues in the room.

Location. Staff was great. Breakfast was great. Having your car right outside your door was great. Check in was easy.

We stayed here twice on our circle of vacation. Our bed the first time in unit 5 was very soft . I felt like I was laying in a recliner. But the rest of the room was great. Our second stay the beds were very good … so it had to be just that unit.

This place was one of the best finds of our vacation! The room was spotlessly clean, spacious and comfortable. We had all the amenities we could wish for and the shower was amazing (temperature and pressure). All the little details (welcome message, toiletries, complimentary water... etc) are proof of a great sense of hospitality by the owners. It's a true pleasure to feel well looked-after as a traveller. The breakfast included is simple but a little goes a long way when you get great value for money. We'd definitely stay here again!

This looks like a somewhat older motel but actually has nicely renovated rooms, so we were surprised. There was complimentary water in the fridge, which was a nice touch.

Breakfast was all packaged stuff, nothing fresh. We had not realized that Blanding is a dry town, so dinner option were really limited - only one place that was open later than eight.

Lovely architecture by a student of Frank Lloyd Wright. delicious locally baked lemon poppy, banana and another type of bread at breakfast plus yogurt and some continental breakfast items. Beautiful bed of irises in May. There is a wonderful ice Cream parlor 2-2 blocks away. and a steak house with a very fresh salad bar

I liked the property. A bit hard to find due to understated decor, but fairly central. Blanding is a quiet town, unlike Moab!

Beds were comfy. Location was good. Checkin was easy… they set a code just had to enter the code and you were all set.

Great value! It had a picnic area. It had little tables by each unit to sit if desired. It had a fire pit area out front and area to sit and relax out front.

Breakfast was very good, maybe the dining room behhind the reception was a bit small but very nice

For us it was not a problem, but after 7 pm you had to do an on line check in
