The Staff was extreemly helpful and they even took us on a little tour to some of the cabins they had. We will probably stay in one of those next time. The breakfast food was great and it was a full selection of different menu items. You get to choose something different each day or the same thing if you would like.

The Wifi signal was not strong at the location. There was no cellular data available in the canyon location,so, if the Wifi was not working, then you had nothing. When the Wifi was working, the signal did not go very far and some rooms struggled to have a good signal.

The building, the location, and the room were all beautiful. It was nice to hang out in the outside space by the river. The room was comfortable and met our expectations. The dinner we ordered was quite satisfying. .

We could not get a wifi signal in our room. We were able to connect, but nothing would load. I appreciate the warning that this might be the case. The breakfast was decent, but my girlfriend received biscuits and gravy when she was sure she ordered pancakes. It was a little difficult to regulate the temperature in the room, since there were two heating/cooling units with apparently overlapping functionality. It would be nice if everything could be controlled through a single thermostat, or if better instructions could be provided.

Unfortunately my partner and I had an early checkout so we couldn’t experience the breakfast, but the concept of filling out a form and then just dialing in for breakfast to be delivered to the room was endearing to both of us and we both agree that we absolutely need to stay here again if we’re in the area again. The back patio/lawn area was a nice place to just take in the vastness of the mountains and unwind outside of the room. We didn’t try any of the concessions or food in the building so I can’t speak to any of that.

If anything the biggest downside was the advertisement of a mountain view, but with the inn being located in a bit of a valley we weren’t really given a mountain view aside from staring at the base/side of one from within our room. When your outside and you look around the views are stunning

Breakfast was really good, delivered into the room, which was a nice extra. We had to wait about an hour, which I think was just unlucky, a miscommunication, rather than the norm. The staff were lovely and friendly. The room was beautiful and comfortable, and the bath tub was so luxurious. Bring bath bombs with you!

Our room did face the road and parking lot so we had a bit of extra noise, especially as we had to open the window in the night when we got too hot and couldn't figure out the heater! I recommend checking your room faces away from the parking lot. There isn't much traffic at night, though.

The staff was very accommodating! Our little cabin was comfy and clean, and a quick drive to ski!! Serene location on the river, however snow obscured a bit. Breakfast was delicious and delivered to our front cabin porch at our convenience!! Super comfy bed!! Cool restaurant right next door and fun games upstairs! Cabins are private and cozy and rooms at the lodge are very well appointed also!

You can hear a little highway noise, however very slight. The cabins should be updated soon which they are ready for! No complaint, just outdated.

breakfast was better than anything you could expect or even imagine. The jacuzzi tub was very welcome after a day of skiing.

Don't ask if guests want the room cleaned! It's a lodging. Cleaning the room is automatic. Just Do It. The late start time for breakfast caused me to get a late start up the mountain for skiing. Result was a MAJOR delay for parking and a Long hike to the lift. Please start breakfast at 0600. The restaurant serves breakfast only. Result is a drive and an exploration to find dinner. I would rather not do that.

The staff was extremely helpful, especially the person who checked us in when we arrived. We realized the rooms facing the street might be noisy so we requested a change toward the beautiful garden in the back and she accommodated us right away. The room itself was very comfortable. We love the fact they send breakfast to your room in the morning.

The only issue with the rooms is the lighting, which has some very cold lightbulbs in lamps which should be warm. Same goes for the bathroom. The breakfast was good but they got a couple things wrong with the order.

Breakfast was AMAZING? Loved the location up the canyon. Close to town but felt like you were in the mountains.

The only thing I noted during my 2 stays in 2 different rooms is that the shower valves did not work and there was almost no hot water 2 of the 4 showers I took. Also the toilet paper roll holders were hanging off the wall. Easy fix but needs to be done.

Great environment and atmosphere. Convenient location for the activities we wanted to do. Staff was very friendly and accommodating as we adjusted our plans a couple of times. We liked the private cabin and enjoyed that they brought our breakfast to our room. It was delicious!

Our cabin smelled a little musty when we first arrived, but once settled in the room we didn’t really notice it throughout the rest of our stay.

Breakfast delivered to our cabin. It was delicious. Very nice cabin. Decorated very cute.

We used the spa in the room. It was very comfortable, however I noticed it was a little slimy on some of the surfaces. Not bad, but could be cleaned more thoroughly. We were told there were snakes down by the river ~ so we did not go for a walk.
