The room was well supplied and clean, the continental breakfast was adequate and fresh.

The bathroom door lock was broken. And when we reported the problem nothing was done. The next day we get an instant massage asking if it was better now. We responded that it couldn't get better if no one has worked on it and sent photos of the broken lock. We were told that they would repair the lock in the morning. On the third day at check out time no one had even come to look at it.

I liked how nice it looked, I liked the fact that it came with dishes, the refrigerator was a good size, I like how receptionist treated you and made you feel welcome

When putting together the sofa bed, it seems that the protector sheet hadn't been change in a while, and since my son was going to sleep there. also the blankets smelled like they had not been change in a while, I feel that even thou many people will not used the sofa bed still rotate blankets so they dont stay smelling like they had been there for a long time

The location is awesome, a block from historic 25th Street with many bars and restaurants and across the street from the historic Union Station museums. The room was really nice and the "kitchen" was unexpected with a almost full size fridge, a microwave, a coffee maker and toaster. Very spacious room.

The only complaint I have is about the bathroom lighting. The lighting around the mirror is very strange and not helpful for applying makeup. Oddly, while there were plates, cups and bowls, plus silverware, there were not glasses provided. We located disposable cups near the workout room which worked for drinks in the room.

The staff is always friendly and does everything they can to accommodate my needs

When I first checked into Room 434 the bathroom had a very strong sewer smell. I discovered i ws coming from a floor drain underneath the vanity so I poured water into it thinking a lot of times the water in P-trap had dried up. After an hour the smell didn't change so I took the lid from the ice bucket and placed that over the floor drain, that worked and the smell went away. I reported it to the main desk and they did follow it up, but it's something that needs to be addressed because most people wouldn't know what to do to stop it.

I love the room itself with the view of the mountain. Room is very functional, meant for longer stays and has enough room for future group vacation. I love how close it was for Ifly Utah which was my main purpose for the visit. I like that I can soak in the hot tub after a whole day of training. The laundry is definitely a plus. I’d like to recognize Nicole, front desk staff. I made 2 separate visits and she always has made an extra effort to help me out.

I was hoping the hot tub would be open until a bit later, like MN at least. A little bit too pricey when staying for prolonged periods.

Being new, the hotel is fantastic on many levels. We loved the modern decoration, the size of the lobby and space where guests can relax, watch TV, play pool. The patio in front of the hotel with the fire pit is welcoming and cozy. Those who want to exercise have access to a great gym. The indoor pool and jacuzzi are a plus for travelers. A lot of thought has been put in the breakfast area. It is easy to go from point to point without interfering with other guests. The breakfast options are super. Eggs, sausages, cereals, waffles, pancakes, yogurt, juices and coffee or tea. Very friendly staff. The laundry room for guests is fabulous as well with great washers and driers. One cannot but be thrilled to stay at such a hotel. I could not believe the sized of my suite……the kitchen area has a nice size refrigerator, a sink, microwave,dish washer , plates, cups, forks, knives etc… The LG TV is high quality. The window treatments are refined and efficient. The bathroom and it’s walk in shower are pretty sophisticated. All in all, it is one of the best hotels in its category…..we will not hesitate to book another stay.

How clean it was. Very comfortable and quiet, which is usually hard when traveling with pets. Unfortunately missed the breakfast. We will definitely stay here again when in town.

The hotel was new, modern, and clean. We stopped here on a road trip from the East coast to the West coast so we only stayed one night, but we were very happy. There are restaurants within walking distance. The parking lot was a good size and it was free to park. The breakfast was good, lots of options. The room was very nice and huge! We stayed in a King suite with a king bed and a sofa bed. It also had a kitchenette, which we didn’t need, but it was all that was available that had 2 beds in one room (two adults and one child). The ceilings were high and there was plenty of room for the 3 of us to relax.

There was nothing not to like. Well, if I am being picky, I wish there were flavored creamers for the coffee at breakfast.

Location and open spaces

Kitchen staff had a difficult time keeping up with breakfast rush They need more staff to keep the areas clean , and food and utensils refilled properly many times I needed to ask for glasses or silverware It was clearly due to lack of staff

My stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful. The room was super comfortable, clean and spacious. Fully equipped kitchen, the complimentary breakfast was well stocked and the location was just a few minutes from downtown.

For me everything was great. It is something that can I change on my stay is the option for a late check-out.
