After an all day drive from Yellowstone the check in was quick and stress free. The room was clean and recently updated. Breakfast was the usual American fare - cereals, waffles, coffee, juice, cakes etc. The restaurant next door was just what we needed. good value food and good proportions - service with a smile

This is a comment on all 9 hotels we stayed in during our trip (Denver, South Dakota, Yellowstone, Capitol Reef and Las Vegas. The wastage of plastic/cardboard plates and cups and the plastic cutlery now used (after Covid?!) for breakfast is appalling - there appears to be no recycling going on at all. If you want to save the planet, pack your own plates and cutlery and take washing up liquid.

They had a hot breakfast. It had a large selection of carb-heavy foods which tasted good. The ice machine worked great. The sheets were clean aside from the outer blanket. A sufficient amount of towels was provided.

They did not serve any form of meat such as sausage or bacon with breakfast, and the only protein was very rubbery eggs. Our room smelled like feet when we went in, and the smell was still there when we left and came back. We could not get the heat to turn down on the shower. It had a handle for pressure with a knob for temperature, which did not change much.

Very friendly. Clean & comfortable. Good value.

Breakfast area very small and crowded

It was very easy to get to, very clean, the beds were comfortable, the shower was great, walk in shower, with plenty of room, adjustable shower head, great water pressure. The room was spacious with an armoire for clothes.

Only slight draw back is the shower/ toilet room isn't huge, and separate from the sink and mirror, so you'd have to get dressed in the bathroom after a shower if you needed to.

We had a room with a walk in shower. AWESOME. Everyone was helpful & polite. The room was spacious and clean, comfortable room. Nice pillows and towels. Coffee was available at anytime was great & hot.

Could have had a little more counter room in the bathroom.

Location was great. I really liked the design and decor of our room. Not an overly large room, but super well appointed and played out. We stayed in a two double bed room. A/C was strong.

Not much. The restaurants nearby closed by 9pm which sent us scrambling for dinner (we arrived at 8:45 to check in). Obviously, this wasn't the hotel's fault, but it was a chore getting back in the car to hunt up dinner after a 10 hour drive.

we liked the room very clean. The staff was very pleasant to talk with and made us feel very comfortable. Definitely will stay again when we come back through the area. We travel a lot and this was one of the very few places we enjoyed staying at. Thank you for a night well spent.

Can't think of anything.

Everything was clean and tidy. I asked for ground floor and they did me one better and put me near the door so that we didn't have to carry our bags far.

After taking a shower you have to get out of the shower and walk to the other end of the bathroom to get your towel. Granted thats just a few steps but there should be towel holder by the shower.

Room was clean. The refrigerator was cold. The window was such that it could be opened for fresh air. I also appreciated that when the room door closed unassisted it closed quietly and not with a loud bang.

Front desk clerk was not very personable during check in. Very robotic. Also the access door from the parking lot did not lock. It was alway open. In my opinion, that is a security issue. Please have this corrected.

loved the simplicity of everything.....but enough to make all comfortable. The room was clean, bed very comfortable, and the bathroom very well-stocked. I was very impressed by all the games available in the lobby...even though we did not have time to play any...but would have!!

I wish there was a closet, but did not matter in the end....there were plenty of shelves and hooks
