Staff is wonderful. They had masks and were very good about virus. I love having a microwave in the room

Too many guests were not wearing masks in the dining area and crowding in. I was extremely uncomfortable even getting coffee and leaving. When I said to several people, "what don't you get about 6 feet and masks? They looked at me like I was crazy. People should not be allowed in the breakfast area without masks unless they are sitting and eating. DO NOT USE THE BREAKFAST AREA while we are still in the midst of a pandemic. No wonder Utah has such a high death rate! Reconfigure the dining area or shut it down putting a coffee machine in the lobby.

Breakfast included eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, a great selection of breads, waffles, yogurt, 3 different cereals, juices, and coffee. Staff was friendly, beds were comfortable, and the indoor pool, jacuzzi, and gym were very good for the price.

The shower head gave too much pressure even when we adjusted it to a lower setting. My kids said it felt like spikes on their backs, so they requested baths.

Staff was VERY friendly, hard working and helpful. I was impressed with their desire to help in any way possible. They truly cared about each persons experience. Our family enjoyed the pool, hot tub and fitness room. They were all clean and well taken care of. We thought breakfast was very nice. Lots of variety and well stocked at all times. Our room was clean and quiet.

Decent location, nice facilities, average breakfast

Problem with Booking.com and hotel- reserved 2 rooms for 4 people but hotel only had 1 room reserved per their records - the hotel was able to find additional room for our travel companions which they paid for themselves with their own credit card. We have been charged for 2 rooms also and the $79.74 additional charge is not ours and is being disputed thru our credit card company.

We have stayed there multiple times. It is always a great stay and a great price.

Usually the breakfast is good but this time it must have been an off day because the waffles were dry and crumbly like the batter was old maybe. Something left over from a Covid warehouse. Hopefully our next stay it will be back to its usual standard.

I appreciated that the person working at the front desk provided all the information I needed about the facilities and pet policy up front. The breakfast was very good and there was a good variety. The room was clean but dated.

We were located at the last room next to the exit where people went in and out and the door slammed loudly and often. If you're a light sleeper ask for another room or bring ear plugs.

We were headed from Moab to Zion and needed a place to stay in between. This hotel exceeded our expectations, check in was a breeze. We were headed out early in the morning and the manager had the free breakfast available to us before 530am which was huge for us! I thanked him several times for that.

Bed was comfortable, room was clean

Front desk clerk. Asked for a said downstairs, didn't have any and there was no elevator. Very curt conversation, he didn't even look to see, handed me the room card and elevator to the right.

Hotel was clean and very nice. Breakfast was good. Definitely a good value. The pool was nice for our 5 year old.

Beds were VERY high. My five year old had to use the chair ottoman to get into the bed. It was difficult for our family as none of us is tall. The hot tub was cold which was extremely disappointing. But overall we liked the hotel

Excellent breakfast with many choices. Sausage gravy could have been hotter but as soon as we mentioned it to the manager it was attended to and fixed.

Pool could have been a few degrees warmer and there was sand in the bottom of the hot tub.
