Super 8 by Wyndham Salina/Scenic Hills Area

The room was very clean. This is a big deal when we travel. The baseboards were clean! Thanks to the great cleaning crew. You all deserve a raise! The room was decorated very homey. That was a special touch.

The breakfast wasn't good. Cereal, waffles, yogurt, and bananas. Guests were very disappointed and I heard many complaints as we were leaving. Everything else was great.

very conveniently located off the highway for a nice overnight rest between Colorado and Utah. the beds were surprisingly very comfy as were the pillows. the room was very spacious too.

the breakfast ended at 9 which was a disappointment. I was 20 minutes late thinking it was over at 10 like most hotels. however, there are breakfast places nearby that were great (Mom’s Cafe). the shower nozzle was VERY sensitive and made it just slightly uncomfortable to bathe in as the water was either too hot or too cold. but it’s a very minor inconvenience.

Covid practices posted although front desk evening check in fellow had no mask...we're older n wife immuno-compromised...it's really so easy to do the covid basics...we just had a 25 year old brother of a friend die in the hospital because his unvaccinated dad contracted covid...we did assume this hotel followed it's posted covid practices mostly though n otherwise felt safe.

Bfast minimal citing covid for lack of better bfast...doesn't take much for them to pack a decent to-go bag?!

Location close to Capitol Reef National Park was superb. Value for money excellent. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good.

We didn’t use the pool as it’s right in the middle of the car park. There was no view out the window or anything apart from service and gas stations in the locality, but it suited our needs.

The room is very spacious and accommodated our family of six ( 4 kids+2adults). Very large and clean room. There were 2 queen beds and a sofa bed also the size of a queen. larger than the others we used in different places during our road trip from Colorado to Anaheim Disneyland and the cheapest in the lot. Right on the highway so very easily accessible.

Breakfast was not so convenient because we had to go to different side of the property in their main office although not a big deal.

Clean rooms. Comfy beds. Hot shower. Fridge and microwave in room. Park in front of room. $15 pet fee. Easy check in and check out. This is a great location to stop overnight when traveling between Colorado and Nevada.

Carpeted floors in hotels are never really clean. Coffee tasted bad and gave me a stomach ache.

Rooms were big and clean, plenty of towels, sheets were also clean and beds were comfortable. The pool was right around the corner and we had it all to ourselves. Everything worked and we had plenty of soaps and shampoos. Location was great too- you could walk to a Mexican restaurant right around the corner and grab a beer at a Gass station nearby without having to cross the street. Made our travel so easy and convenient, worth every penny.

If they upgraded the breakfast to include a hot meal and stronger coffee (they served something that I would call a coffee beverage), it would be a total perfection

The property was in a good location, food and gas just a few steps away & just out from the freeway. the property was clean, the room was spacious and the amenities worked just fine. there is enough parking and I liked that we could park our car just in front of our room. we had a pleasant stay!

the front desk guy was a bit unwelcoming but the check in was easy and fast.

The room was clean and surprisingly well decorated. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom and towels were quite nice. The breakfast was what has become standard in most motels and adequate. We brought our on granola and things so we did not partake other than coffee.

The best Super 8 I've stayed in! Salina is such a quiet town so my stay was very peaceful. The views outside my room were beautiful.The room was clean, quiet and spacious. I stayed with my dog, so appreciated the grassy dog run next to the parking lot and the private entrance. There's a Mexican restaurant right in the same parking lot as the motel and worth checking out!
