Quality Inn Richfield I-70

Beds were comfortable and clean. Breakfast consisted of a variety of food items--hit foods, huge cinnamon rolls, waffle makers, parfait maker with toppings to create your own, juices, cereal, etc. The employee was a very hard worker. She made sure there was plenty of food items available at all times. She made sure that the tables were cleaned after use. I really liked her positive behavior. She was a wonderful hostess. Also, the check-in staff at the front desk were pleasant, helpful and accommodating. The lobby was clean and inviting.

Upon entering the door at the side of the building where my room was located, I immediately noticed the stained carpet. The side door didn't seem secure but it did latch when I pulled hard on the door. While my room was relatively clean, the baseboards and walls could have been cleaner. Other than that, the hotel was quite nice.

The lady at the front desk (I believe her name was Chantel?) was amazing! She was able to check us in a little early, gave us our choice of available rooms and answered all of our questions about the hotel and the surrounding area. She even gave me her take on visiting and fishing at the local lakes, streams and rivers I asked her about. She was a super nice and attentive, and a huge asset to the hotel. The hotel was clean, comfortable and conveniently located close to the town's main street, and not far from the freeway.

The room was inviting and super clean. Nice towels. Very comfortable beds and lots of pillows. Many channels on the TV. Had read online reviews of places to get breakfast and they we not very positive so we decided to eat at the motel and it was a great choice. Fresh hot sausages, make-your-own waffles, hot eggs and english muffins to toast. Coffee was decent enough and orange juice rounded out our meal. A helper was constantly making sure nothing ran out. Just perfect!

Can't think of one thing that could have been done better.

Everything! We arrived in the evening and were cheerfully greeted by Brelyn and our double queen ground floor room was ready and waiting. We used use the quest clothes washer and dryer, and slept in a quiet well air conditioned room. Awoke to a 5 star hot breakfast offering by Tamara and staff of eggs, biscuits and gravy, juices, hot and cold cerals fresh cinnamon rolls and other breads and waffles and toppings. Stay here. You are treated like family.

Breakfast was great, large selection. Beds were comfortable. Pool, workout room, guest laundry all very clean.

We requested a first floor room since there is no elevator and were accommodated, but the room had a very musty, odd smell. Carpet a bit stained. We used a lot of Febreeze and made it tolerable. We found out the next morning that it was the "pets allowed" room. We should have been told. Glad we kept our shoes on.

Located right on the main strip in Richfield, UT, this might literally be the most central Quality Inn in the whole state! The rooms were spacious, the bedding was clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The exercise room proved to be an added bonus, and there was ample parking at the rear of the hotel.

The pool and jacuzzi were kind of old and not so clean, so we decided not to use these. The front desk told us that they are doing construction behind the hotel, so I guess in a few months it will be adjacent to another condo/building/or something.

Check in was quick and easy, front desk clerk was very friendly, room was really clean pool was warm and the hot tub warmer and very nice. Fresh chocolate chip cookies in the evening.

More parking was needed on the south side of the building, the tub/shower combo was small and poor finishes inside it, gaps around the spigot and shower head. Beds were ok, I've had better, but I've had worse too.

friendly staff, heated pool and spa. rooms were extremely clean. comfortable bed with plenty of pillows. refrigerator and microwave in rooms. laundry facilities available within the hotel at a cost. fresh cookies in the lobby to welcome guests! walking distance to big bear diner. breakfast was really good too!! highly recommend this family friendly location.

construction behind our room but it was no bother to us.

The front desk staff was, without exception, very friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable. The hot tub was nice.

The AC in our first room didn’t work, but the staff moved us. The AC in the second room was ok but still took a long time to cool. The pool was pretty cold. There was a lot of road noise outside the hotel through the night. There is not enough parking, especially if you’re in town for mountain bike racing and the hotel is full.

The staff that checked us in was very polite. We liked what they had for breakfast, I loved having hot chocolate available since I do not drink coffee. The pool and hot tub were indoors which was really nice.

Part of our room look liked it had not been dusted/vacuumed, but other than that, it was very nice.
