It is very clean and the rooms are huge! We definitely were not expecting the amount of space we got. The view was beautiful as well. We were on the top floor and could see so much of the city from our window. The breakfast was also good. The options were basic but they do have waffles, eggs, bacon, juices, etc every morning. The staff did amazing at keeping everything stocked. All of the staff here were very friendly! The pool and hot tub were great. There were always clean towel’s available whenever we needed them.

The TV didn’t work but we brought a laptop and just watched movies on that instead.

The man who checked us in, I didn't catch his name but was very welcoming and didn't make us feel like an inconvenience to his night being that this was a last minute booking and we were checking in at 10:30 pm. He gave us detailed instructions before we left the counter on where we could find our room, not just your normal, "Take the elevator to the 2nd floor, and this is your room number." But actual instructions. I think he should get a raise. If I were in charge, I would definitely give it to him. He was awesome. We got the king suite, and it was very spacious and inviting. The bed was way more comfortable than others we have stayed in previously at other locations. Think goldilocks and the Three Bears... this bed was just right. The shower was really big compared to places we have stayed at before, which was kind of nice. It wasn't tight or claustrophobic feeling. This is definitely somewhere I would be willing to stay at again in the future.

The only thing I noticed about our room that fits this portion would be the inside of the shower where the glass wall meets the flooring. There looked to be some grime there, but it is definitely a fixable thing. We were planning to let someone know before we left, but when we got down to the counter the next morning we didn't see anyone and we did wait there for a few minutes just to see if we could see if we could catch any staff member to let them know but we didn't see anyone. It was during the breakfast rush, which could be the reason we didn't. We didn't try their complimentary breakfast because we had plans for elsewhere, but it did smell really good, and the other guests looked like they were enjoying theirs.

The beds here are the best in St. George and I have stayed in most of the hotels. They still use COTTON sheets so you don't wake up in the night with cold/hot sweats and stink like a Bollywood extra in the morning. The room was very clean. Very roomy and the couch area helped us relax and enjoy a meal.

The lobby was grubby, dirty carpet and mud clumps for TWO days. The elevator walls, doors and panel were dirty with greasy hand prints. The staff was indifferent and disinterested. We got no greeting, no goodbye and no questions. The refrigerator had no freezer, but that didn't matter because it froze everything anyway!

Check-in was quick and easy. We arrived a bit early and needed to change our clothes and they were kind enough to let us check-in an hour early. I had also requested adjoining rooms and they were able to make that work as well.

It was generally clean but there were a few things that really stuck out. The elevator walls were disgusting with handprint smears all over. The front of the doors as well as the inside. Obviously not cleaned in quite some time. In our room I thought there was a spider on the wall but soon realized it was a large booger on the wall. Someone must have sneezed. Yuck! The last thing was the half wall near our bed was filthy as well with scuff marks. The room was clean but these few things were obvious and really caught my eye that did make me feel a little less certain it was actually clean.

Breakfasts were great! The attendants were very helpful and diligent in their job. The dining area was very pleasant. Really appreciated the clean towels and dumped trash each day. Not sure how often the pool area was monitored for cleanliness. The laundry room was clean. The washers and dryers worked well. Very comfortable beds. The little sitting area in the room was so convenient for conversation. The front desk people were always very friendly.

We did not have breakfast so I cannot rate this- The mattress was the best compared to many other hotel/properties along the trip, including 5 star hotels. The size and space of the room was perfect which included a sofa, desk and kitchenette areas. Silent room, bathroom size was perfect. I would prefer more light in the bathroom-

I would prefer healthier options for snacks at the vending machine area, but this is not a biggie.

The room was nice and spacious. Things were nice and clean. The staff was friendly, and the location is great! my daughter and her friends loved the hot tub as well. And breakfasts were yummy.

I didn’t love that we were at the opposite end of the hotel from the elevator. Made it kind of awkward trying to get things loaded and unloaded, but other than that no complaints.

Clean quiet room Breakfast

The breakfast area staffing was short. Eggs were not available and a spilled beverage was slow be cleaned up. Look like only one person staffing the whole breakfast area and she could not keep up when a large number of the hotel guests came for breakfast at the same time.l

The staff were exceptional. They were polite and welcoming and deserve a pat on the back. Rooms were comfortable and clean and breakfast was a nice added extra. The hotel is excellent value. Thank you to all of the staff team!

The hotel advertises the rooms as soundproof. However, the rooms aren't and we could hear the neighbours in the next room and slight traffic noise but it didn'r ruin our stay. I would recommend the hotel to anyone looking for a friendly, welcoming staff team!

The bed and linen on the bed are awesome. My dad has to use a CPAP when sleeping and normally wakes us a few times through out the night. He only woke up once and it was able to get right back to sleep!

The breakfast is a bit boring. Ok but boring. Consider adding sautéed veggies to go with the eggs or scramble with at least spinach and mushrooms, scones and berries would be nice, “green juice” or smoothies…. The point : less sugar, more veggies and variety.
