Room was nice, breakfast was very good and the staff was very professional. Bed was great.

Lighting in the bathroom and the outside sink was very poor. In fact the use of lower voltage light bulbs made the room seem drab. There were little or few pieces of art in the room. It made the room look institutional. I was surprised that the lobby area had been flooded. I was disappointed the staff had not been empowered to provide answers as to what happened other than the water came from the kitchen. No idea if there had been a fire, or that the sprinkler system just failed. It did not affect our stay, and I would say the staff went out of their way to ensure that it didn't.

We decided to break up our drive from San Diego to Salt Lake City by spending the night in St. George, so we were looking for basic lodging at a good price. The Red Lion met our expectations. The room was clean and adequate. They had great lighting in the bathroom which my husband liked for shaving. The hotel is located away from I-15 so it was quiet. We had parking right in front of our room which was nice since we had a lot of things to unload from our car.

The buffet breakfast was fairly simple but did the job. It would have been nice if they had hot water and tea bags.

I enjoyed it enough that I came back to end my trip there, as well. Big, clean room with micro fridge (no coffee?), and comfortable bed. The front desk staff were some of the nicest I've dealt with over years of traveling. The breakfast was better than expected with eggs, sausages, waffles, and hard biscuits Anna country gravy. Good location to explore the area and even Zion.

First room had the square pillows that a lot of hotels are switching to. There's nothing to them and provided little support for my big, old head. Also wish breakfast started at 6:30 so I could eat AND beat the crowd to Zion

The Property as a whole is great…Rooms vary by location…#127 is the most recent stay and it had a musty odor from the A/C unit…I cleaned the filters…but it needs to be deep cleaned inside…pretty dirty from what I could see with a flashlight…bathroom fan needs replaced…Loud humming and vibration The best room I stayed in was in the back, away from the pool and recreation traffic, facing west on the ground floor about in the center, I don’t recall the room number…very nice room…quiet too…a/c worked well without the musty odor

Like I said previously…I like the property as a whole…some rooms are much better cared for than others…I bring my own Kurig Coffee Maker…I pray this is not an issue…you stopped supplying them in the rooms…Im very particular about my morning cups of coffee…

The price was excellent for a two night stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was good for visiting Zion NP. They have a mini golf course which was fun as a diversion. I enjoyed my stay there, deslute what I listed as minus points.

The a/c unit in the room competed all night with the fridge as to which could make the most noise. The hotel pool looked unclean and the water was more gray than blue. The hotel in general felt like it needed a makeover. In my room there were no power outlets near the bed. A lot of hotels now feature both power outlets and USB sockets on the bedside lights, but not this one. A point off for my personal dislike of carpets in the roo. - laminate/hardwood would be cleaner.

There was a lot of activities for my family to do on the property like swimming and spa, putt-putt golf, basketball, pickle ball, pool tables, foosball tables, and ping-pong tables. The breakfast was amazing. We had an issue with the AC in our room and they quickly sent maintenance to our room to help us fix the problem. The staff is amazing with kids and very friendly!

The pool had a lot of hair and a few dead bugs in the pool. As for the bugs that is to be expected due to the outdoor pool was connected to the indoor pool so it was bound to happen. I would recommend extra cleaning on the pool. But overall the pool was amazing!

Conveniently located right off the freeway. Staff is very helpful and the breakfast is pretty good. My grandmother left her watch phone in the room and they called right away. Will update how the mailing went. The stuff outside is well maintained

One of the pool table upstairs is totally broken down and the other one is usable but needs work. My room had duct tape on the curtains and my door (115) had to literally be busted into to open it. That’s really hard on kids when it’s 110 degrees and the door is west facing. They got burned trying to open the door. Fix that shit

Great stay for work & pleasure. Super family friendly hotel. Luv the indoor/outdoor pool, ping & pool tables, miniature golf + tennis court. Complimentary breakfast always stocked with hot & cold items for dine in, around the pool, or take back to your room. Stylish comfortable rooms w/ full size desk & charging stations. Staff was friendly & un-trusive, for a focused do not disturb work visit.

Only sausage ----missed bacon at the breakfast bar. HA!

I liked the facilities they had lots of fun things to do at the hotel. They had an indoor/outdoor swimming pool w/jaquzzi, a game room with fuseball and two pool tables, they have a brand new miniature golf course on the propety with basketball courts and tennis court. Also, their continental breakfast was a real breakfast with Eggs, sausage, waffles, etc. Their facilities I give 5 stars. A great place to spend several days especially if your traveling with children/teenagers!

Each time Ive stayed at Red Lion and Reserved through booking.com their hotel staff didnt treat me like a regular guest. They said that their housekeepers would only clean my room every other day instead of every day. I also had to sign that i couldnt have any guests stopping by the room. I didnt have my car so my father would be coming by the room to pick me up. He always likes to come in and bring me lunch or dinner eat in the room and then go on our way. Had this happenned they would have to the $250.00 deposit

I was in town for a family emergency...brother fell and is in the hospital for some time to come... The room was like a sanctuary for me...to sit and process the situations facing my family as well as myself personally...

No Coffee Maker in the room like last time I stayed at St.George Red Lion... The A/C unit did not keep up with cooling the room...I had to clean the filters and get the fan to work...it just needs replaced... All things considered...my stay was peaceful...
