great location, clean modern facility. super comfy pillow top beds! large bathroom and large rooms! very modern updated bathroom and showers!

for the price, the room should have been bigger. it was during a busy weekend, but with all the other hotels available, Hyatt really needs to either lower prices or provide larger rooms. there were many other nice weekend condos with more amenities and space for same size, but no available breakfast. we did t want to have to stock a kitchen for the short weekend stay so we went with Hyatt having no kitchenettes.

The breakfast food and service was better than expected. The different selections on different days was a pleasant surprise as well. The staff kept replenishing and cleaning. It was a unexpected happy experience...Thanks to all who make it happen.

I really had to think about this but, there was a burned out light bulb in the lamp next to the bed and the clock was set to the wrong time and we couldn't figure out how to change it - so we unplugged it because it was confusing. Not big deals at all.

Loved the breakfast. The staff was great

Pool heater was on in a 110 degree day. It was like a sauna. They told me that is the way it is in st. George but my son has a pool in his complex at a perfect temp they don’t heat his. But the front desk ignored me

I really liked the cute kitchen area where they served a great breakfast. I loved the comfy couch in our room that turned into a bed so that our family of 5 didn’t have to get 2 hotel rooms. I loved that it was close but not too close to the freeway. I loved the pool and jacuzzi. I like that everything was nice and not too spread out. I could exercise while watching my teens in the pool. overall a great place.

my only complaint was that we had a little trouble with the tv remote. but we figured it out.

Super clean and nice! The breakfast was amazing with a great selection. Staff was also very attentive and on top of things. Every employee I interacted with was super friendly, complimentary, and welcoming. I was actually surprised by how great the service was because there wasn’t a single encounter that was less than fabulous. From front desk to housekeeping, everyone was so kind. And it’s sad to say but that’s not usually the case I’ve found hahah. So it was a breath of fresh air here. Bonus that it’s dog friendly! We will be back!

My kids loved the breakfast options and they loved the great view and the beds. I loved how clean everything was and I also enjoyed the amazing view. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall it was a great experience.

The only issue I had was with the Wi-Fi. I needed to do some Zoom calls & reports for work while I was there & the Wi-Fi wasn't working at all. I ended up having to go to another location to get my work done.

The location was perfect for us and the views were amazing. Breakfast was delicious. The person working the breakfast area even took time to change the channel on the TV to let my kids watch while my wife and I finished eating.

There could be a few more parking spaces. I had to drive around a bit before I finally found one in the back of the hotel when someone else left.

Facility was clean. Room was a good size. Glad they had a room for 6 people. Breakfast was good, not great but it was good.

The air conditioner was very loud and kept turning on and off quickly throughout the night.

The room was nice, the front desk people help me a lot when I needed to check out late. The breakfast was great with a lot of options. Thank to everyone.

It doesn't have microwave in the room

Breakfast was yummy and had lots of variety. Staff was very kind. Parking for trucks and trailers is SUPER convenient and it's FREE!

I wish breakfast did not end at 9:30 on the dot! We missed it one day due to needing a lil extra rest. If your staying more then 1 night and want/need service or toiletries YOU MUST ASK. I like not being bother but umm running out of toliet paper kinda sucks. 🙃
