Good value and good location. I enjoyed my stay there but see below.

I stayed there in January and again in March. Both times $30 was charged to my credit card. This was an error and the manager took care of it, but if I hadn't noticed, it would have been an extra $60 on my bill. I wonder how many hundreds of travelers were charged the "miscellaneous" fee.

We've stayed here multiple times and had great experiences. I love that they have rooms for 5-6 people and also that they give you enough towels and things for that many people. That seems like such a little thing, but I get tired of having to ask for extra towels when I've booked a room for 5 people--yet they only ever put 4 towels in there. The location is great, and so is the price. The staff is always friendly and helpful, too.

The only thing we didn't like this time was the breakfast. Usually, it's great. They have lots of selection of hot and cold items, but this time it looked like the kitchen was under construction or something. They didn't say anything about it or give us any warning, and I wish they would have. All they had was plain bagels, wheat bread for toast, some cereal, and one waffle maker we waited in line a while for. So I don't think they should be advertising a "hot breakfast" right now. And it would be nice if they let you know about this in advance, even if it's temporary (I hope so), or gave you a bit of a discount. (Because even though they all say it's "free", we all know we're paying for it in our room price.)

St George was a stop on a road trip from LA to Yellowstone and this motel proved an ideal stover given our very limited time in St. George; only a mile from town and right off the freeway so we could take in the lovely town and easily get back on the road the next morning. The room is basic but perfectly fine and comfortable. Their generous, free breakfast was a really nice surprise and the star of the show was M. J. who didn't miss a beat in keeping all of the food stocked and never lost her sense of humor even as her setup was being inundated by what must have been a very full night at the hotel. Grateful for the cheerful start to the day that she provided.

The outdoor pool was pretty decent, better than i was expecting at this price point. The breakfast was amazing, waffles, sausage patties, eggs, plain and raisen bagels, cereal, yogurt, hot chocolate orange juice and chai!!!! And outdoor tables for breakfast too. The room had a nice size mini fridge and microwave. Loved the bright powder blue details on the hotel, it was such a cute place, i will definitely be back.

The shower was a little on the old side, the shower head was a little moldy and loose. The rooms are a little dated, but clean which is the important thing. I do wish the lighting in the rooms was a little brighter and I could wish for a sheer curtain for the window so that you could allow natural light in without feeling exposed to other guests walking right by.

Clean room, nice view from the window, outdoor pool is available, nice breakfast with unlimited coffee (I was surprised to get a free good latte from a machine). My friends and I got a room with two queen beds to stay during our trip to the Zion National Park, which worked great for us for a low price. It took us less than an hour to get to the park, and we could rely on good sleep between our hikes. We also had to arrive later than expected but were still able to check in at 3 in the morning.

When we arrived late at night, it was unclear if it was possible to check in that late. The lights were on, but there was no one at the front desk for 10 minutes, and nobody picked up the phone. A staff member arrived eventually, but we were scared for a little bit not knowing what to expect in addition to our tiredness. Also, we didn't realize our room was in a motel when we booked.

I love the staff! every staff member you see, from the desk to the maintenance personnel, is very friendly and always coming over to make polite conversation, pet the dog, and talk to the kids. That kind of atmosphere is exactly the kind of place I want to stay! I also like the two pools, the rooms, the location, the kids playground, the pet rooms, and the overall cleanliness of the property.

the only complaint I have about cleanliness would be that there was a thick layer of brown scum along the water line in the hot tub. gross. the indoor pool appeared to have the same problem. I didn’t use the outdoor hot tub at this stay. breakfast is also a huge disappointment. the eggs and sausage were gross and some more variety in pastries and fruit would have been welcome.

Room and bathroom were clean. The sheets and pillowcases were fresh and smelled like laundry detergent so I knew it was clean. Pillows and beds were comfortable. Plenty of clean towels.

The only negative thing was that sounds from outside carry right inside. We got in really late and ended up wanting to sleep in a little longer but it was hard to because you can hear everyone else in the parking lot. (The doors of each room open outside to the parking lot). If you are an early riser this won't be a problem but if you are a light sleeper and plan to sleep in than maybe a different hotel for you?

St George is a beautiful city. Very centrally located, easy to get off the freeway. Good location to restaurants that are open 24h. Felt very safe and comfortable. Really nice pools & spa. Good price

Bathroom needs a renovation, slow drain, light flickering on and off, broken fan in bathroom. Laundry facilities were also out of detergent, office had no quarters when we went to get some and one of the washers was out of order so it was hard to get a free spot open.

Great value and location. Several restaurants close by. Easy to get to and lots of parking. Good room size and amenities. They had a great drink machine that made nearly every coffee and chocolate drink you could want, like frappuccinos, lattes, and more.

The heater/air conditioner was noisy, Even with earplugs in, it still woke me up during the night. The breakfast was the standard commercial delivered eggs, sausage, cereal, and do-it-yourself waffles. A little more variety would be nice, like biscuits and gravy or different style of eggs.

Indoor pool included, staff is wonderful…they upgraded my room to make sure we had a bottom floor for handicap family, beds & pillows comfortable. Great price, not as good as the Hyatt or newer hotels that cost $200+ a night but well worth it. Will stay again and is my new favorite place to stay in St George!!!

wish it was just a bit more updated as far as drapes (needs a privacy drape behind the big drapes to let in light but not outside eyes during the day) paint, carpet and bathroom updates…but everything worked and was in good condition.
