Location was close to everything I needed because we were there for a basketball tournament at the Mountain Arena. I liked that there was a kitchen but it didn’t have an oven which we could have used to make frozen pizzas to save money on meals. I liked that there was a desk and two separate beds but both beds were a bit lumpy.

We found two small cockroaches (or beetles) in the room. One at the window near the baseboard and another in the bathroom on the towels. The complimentary wifi was very slow. We had three people in our room and one of them was taking a course over zoom. When he was on zoom we could not use the wifi or else the speed was not fast enough. If two of us were streaming shows the other one could not.

The staff was incredibly helpful and kind. The General Manager, Corey was exceptional and very hands on. My partner and I appreciate his prompt and personable assistance. Allyson and Shannon, at the front desk were very kind and offered us many activities in the area to enjoy. They were both very knowledgeable. The property was extremely clean, the rooms were really comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was excellent and had a variety of choices to eat. The omelette bar was an added treat.

The location was perfect for some shopping I wanted to do, and restaurants. The breakfast was good and I ate in your restaurant one night and it was very good. I came from not far away just to destress and relax by the pool among other things. It was all great. If I feel the need for another quick and close get away, I'd choose your hotel again

We liked how clean it was. Liked the choices you got for breakfast. Very friendly staff. The room was very conformable. The bathroom was nice and big. Loved the way our room was set up with the towels and paper towels made to look like fans. I would recommend this hotel to any one.

That there wasn't any place for two people to sit down and eat together in the room.

Very clean and reasonably priced place to stay. Beds were amazing even the pull out sofa. Pool is always warm and towels are always plentiful. Used the BBQ as well which only had one burner working but didn't bother me. Kitchenette was very stocked and everything worked as it should. Didn't have a toaster but the staff brought us one straight away. Over all nothing bad to say really.

Due to covid it was understandable that there was no maintenance on the rooms for our four night stay. Staff was always helpful with bringing the things we needed such as towels, toilet paper etc. Other then that it was a lovely stay. Can't wait for every hotel to have sit down breakfast again.

The location was perfect -very close to the Hale Center Theater, which was my purpose for the trip. The room was very clean, had a full kitchen, and the bed was comfortable. I loved the big shower stall as well.

There's not much I could say as far as suggestions go. I guess I would say that the person checking me in could have been a bit more friendly, but there was nothing rude or inappropriate in his behavior.

There was a problem with my company credit card. I think that it got resolved we have to double check but last I saw my personal debit card still had a charge pending! Aside from that which was not your fault, it was a phenomenal experience. Cool people working all over they were very helpful. Just please make sure my car gets figured out!!!

Staff was very nice, helpful, courteous. The night we checked in was with Jocelyn, and with a little more training she will be absolutely fantastic. She didn't know to say yes there are two beds one queen and a sofa that turns into a bed. Instead she just said there was one bed.. other than that she was absolutely fantastic.

More on-premise food choices, the snack bar had nothing but unhealthy options and no true meals. And after a long day on the road sitting down and having a meal was something we were looking forward to. Fortunately we had a few things with us and we could fix something in the very well supplied kitchen.

Great stay for seeing the sights in and around Salt Lake City. Our family loved the spacious room/appartment, the pool and dining area next to it with BBQ. Breakfast was also really good.

A washer/dryer in the 2 bedroom app would have made our stay even easier. We needed guest laundry and only one of the three washers was not out of order.

We had a 1 bd suite and it was very clean and spacious! Loved having a sitting area! Breakfast was great. Dog friendly. They also had transportation to UTA or to mountain (small price) for skiing although we used our own car. When we found out the dog couldn't be in the car when we went skiing, they said it was OK for us to leave her in the room. Very accommodating! Great hotel for very good price!
