Clean, comfortable bed, nice pool and hot tub Staff were very nice and made a point to find our grandsons gameboy and send it to us.

The front burner on the stove only seemed to work on one side. It didn’t get hot and cook completely.

Breakfast was pretty typical, not bad, but not amazing. Staff were all helpful and friendly.

Room was a little small. When the sofa bed was out, there was no room to walk between the king bed and the sofa bed.

LOVED THE ROOM AND THE FACT WE COULD HAVE OUR DOGS THERE. THE PROPERTY WAS LOVELY AND THE EMPLOYEES WERE VERY NICE. WE WOULD DEFINITELY STAY THERE AGAIN - AND ACTUALLY - WE LIKED VERNAL SO MUCH WE ARE PLANNING A WEEKEND TRIP THERE (SEVERAL TIMES) THIS SUMMER. WE HOPE TO STAY AT THIS HOTEL AGAIN BECAUSE IT WAS PERFECT.

THE DOOR TO GET INSIDE (NOT THE MAIN DOOR) WOULDN’T WORK WITH OUR ROOM KEY. THE LOCK WAS STUCK AND SO I HAD TO ENTER THROUGH THE MAIN DOOR WHEN I WENT OUT TO WALK MY DOG IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT.

The bed was comfy, having a kitchen in the room was great! Our room was conveniently located within the property to make an easy transition from parking lot to the elevator. This was exceptionally helpful when it came to hauling hockey gear in and out of the room. The staff was friendly at check-in and made sure to inform us of the options available to us (breakfast, gym, pool, etc.).

MORE BLANKETS! Vernal tends to be rather cold, and while we did turn up the heat in the room, we would have liked a couple more blankets. We did utilize the pull out couch for an additional bed, but found 1 blanket, 1 set of sheets, no pillows and no extra blankets.

Great location near Dinosaur National Monument. Great compact room with a sitting area, a work space with a desk, a full kitchen and bathroom. Nice touch to include sponge, dish soap and dish detergent as well as dish cloths. Nice breakfast including make your own waffles.

Not all staff were wearing masks. Needed USB ports on the nightstands.

The staff was amazing and went the extra mile to accommodate all our needs. I would stay here again just for the excellent service!

The sofa bed was small, so one child ended up on the ground. Luckily he was small enough that it didn't bother him. Three large people would fit most comfortably or smaller children. The kitchen space was amazing. The staff was super friendly and helpful, the room was clean and we loved the pool and hot tub. I'll be staying here again.

The pool kept running out of towels!!

The breakfast was wonderful, better than most. Pillows and mattress were top tier. Room had a nice size desk for business, a kitchenette with fully stocked cabinets.

Rules they could not help, (COVID-19 protocols), for cleaning and restocking. No weekly rates unless through a 3rd party.

The facilities and hotel were both great. We really enjoyed our stay. We had a 2 bedroom and it worked out great for our family.

I contacted the hotel to extend my reservation and didnt get a reply for a few days so I called and they said I had to make a separate booking through booking.com. I would have preferred to have 1 reservation instead of 2.

The breakfast was delicious. The waffles were a hit, and there was a wide variety of foods. The kitchen staff were readily available, and constantly refilling food so nothing ran low.

My room was right next to the elevator which I didnt like. It sounded like a garage door opening every time someone used it.
