The location of this hotel was very convenient and the facilities are very nice. But what we liked the most were the staff. When we arrived, Trish, the person on duty at the desk, was superb and very friendly. And the next morning, Angelina was also extremely helpful and friendly. We also met Raj, the owner/manager, was also so very friendly and welcoming. We felt very safe at this hotel and really valued for our presence. We highly recommend this hotel if you are traveling through this area. They also easily gave us a late check-out which was a big help to us.

The Wi-Fi could have been better, but for a quick overnight stay, it was adequate.

The room was really big and comfortable. very clean.

When we first arrived, the power was out because of a car wreck...we couldnt check in for an hour, and were tired. I booked online, and the picture looked like it had a jacuzzi in the room....I sent a message asking if it was definitely a jacuzzi, being it was valentine's weekend and that is what I was looking for. They never responded, so I just assumed it was. Turned out to be a small tub with jets. Not at all what I was expecting. the photo made it look much larger. everything else was great.

I was in town for a Professional fishing tournament and usually dealing with hotels is added stress! However that was not the case! The staff was amazing, the room was very comfortable, and the location was close to everything but far enough away to be a quiet area!

The plants! The staff is so diligent at performing their duties, it was a joy to see so many thriving plants through the first floor. Everything was very clean, the grounds, the lobby and my room.

Lots of options for the FREE breakfast, staff was friendly and courteous, rooms were clean...A very good value for the price that you pay...would definitely book there again..My sister drove down from the north with me and booked her own room at this hotel as well....she feels exactly the same as I do

My toilet seat was not attached to the toilet but the staff fixed it within a reasonable amount of time...We found the problem was corrected upon our return after being out all day...Ladies and gentlemen, please check that your toilet seat is attached prior to utilizing it

I stayed at this hotel twice; the rooms were very clean on both occasions. The hotel is also within 10 miles of a Walmart, Food lion and several places to eat. Definitely a good value if you’re traveling for work.

I liked the small but durable exercise room. The breakfast was great and great quality.

Most of your days Inn have a pool this one did not. If they had a pool and hot tub there would be more business.

I wish there was an elevator, the stairs are quite rough on older legs. I did request an upstairs room, but did not realize there was no elevator. Next time I'll request a downstairs room.

Location to Smith Mountain Lake and Lynchburg, VA. Since me and my son are avid railfans we are right around the corner from the train tracks. Also it is conveniently located off of an expressway in plain view.

Very nice room. Best we had during our vacation. If I go that way again I will definitely stay at your hotel room was bug clean airy and very grand. Thank you for making the last stop before home a great relaxing experience
