The woman who ran the breakfast buffet was very congenial and helpful. We also liked their new coffee dispenser; it started with a concentrated coffee stream which was then diluted to normal strength with additional hot water. However, since I like a stronger coffee, I removed my cup before the dilution weakened it. Nice.

The elevator was out so we requested a ground floor room. The side exit door did not lock properly all of the time so the security was weak.

The staff was excellent, we had a amazing time. The pool was exceptionally clean. The kitchen staff worker is wonderful with a beautiful spirit. I will definitely visit this place again.

Everything was great, I don't have any complaints only compliments.

-Was comfortable to sleep in my bed and had very hot water/air conditioning -It was very clean when I got in the room -Quiet -Nice looking pool.

-The front desk asked me to verify my age even after I handed him my ID? He was very snappy with me, and passive aggressive. Only after did he look at the ID I already gave him he put 2 and 2 together to realize I was of age.

We liked the location everything was convenient

The bathroom shower rod was broken, every time we left are room there was a weed smell my kids shouldn't have to breathe that in especially when it's a non smoking building, not much staff around and breakfast wasn't that great we ended up at McDonald's.. but other then that it was ok..

Felt at check in I was penalized because I had kids young lady at check in told me to be mindful that my neighbor was seniors and I told her to change my rooms because that’s the purpose of my visit is to visit my grandchildren!!! I have been to plenty of hotels and no one ever said that to me and I always check in with my kids…

Teresa at the front desk is soooo amazing 😍!!! I have to stay a while longer, and she made sure i was taken care of. Plus all the staff have been kind and nice to me, i really appreciate it 😌.

Create & do everything in your power to make your “dream staff” & I’d say personally it’s a win win for you and your customers. The staff certainly made you feel like 1 of their family members & it’s the little things which will keep you coming back again and again. Highly recommended!!!!!

No cons

We got there in the evening and was very tired, there were a few close places to choose to eat and we didn't have far to drive. The place was quite, I really like that.

There was nothing that I didn't like. I really had a pleasant stay

I loved the fact that the pool and hot tub were heated and located inside. The front desk staff were extraordinarily friendly. They were very accommodating and went out of their way several times to meet our needs. They absolutely out did my expectations. The room was very clean and had a cozy type setting. The maintenance was fast and efficient.

I wish that the pool and hot tub hours could have been more flexible to the customers who like myself have abnormal work schedules. The prices we were charged after being a customer for numerous days became outrageous. I completely understand that during tourist season there may not be weekly rates available however I do believe that some sort of discount should and could have been applied to my rate after paying the nightly rate (including weekend rates as well) for at least 14 days. If not mistaken my stay totaled to at least one months worth of nights paid.

We LOVE it here. Front desk staff is a black woman (sorry, I didn’t get her name) & shes amazing! Absolutely a gem to this establishment & I hope the owners see that.
