The property is very well maintained. It appeared new. Exceptionally clean. Staff professional and friendly. Linens crisp and fresh. Pillows and beds very comfortable. All furniture in like new condition. Water pressure good. Dove toiletries in the bathroom. Breakfast buffet delicious. Keurig coffee pots in rooms with Eight o'clock coffee pods. Great, safe location, with shopping and restaurants walkable. Quiet for sleeping. Chick Fil A and IHOP are right there! We travel a lot, and we agreed this hotel is what every hotel should be.

It was perfect.

I’ve stayed here a couple times and it seems to be in a safe area and that’s most important to me as I’m traveling with kids .

the property was fine . this time that I stayed the front desk person was not friendly . not someone I would want being the first person my customers had interaction with . one example Is as we were turning away to goto room after check in I asked what time breakfast was and he just said “ it’s on the back of your key card holder” well if he had told me that info before I started back I would not have had to ask him . it wouldn’t stop me from staying here again but being the only person that worked for the hotel I interacted with it wasn’t very good.

The beds were super comfortable and we enjoyed the fitness room. Everything was very clean!

The breakfast was a little lacking for us. The only fruit was apples and we had expected some bananas at least, mixed fruit if we were lucky. We are vegan so the only thing we could eat was oatmeal. Fruit would have been great. Also there was no fan in the bathroom that we could fine. There was a second light switch but it didn't do anything.

The room was very clean. The bed and pillows were very comfortable.

Our room was missing the coffee maker (even though supplies were there to make it)The glass turn table inside of the microwave was also missing. The handle for the toilet would get stuck at times you just had to jiggle so the water wouldn't continue to run. All of these things were very minor and didn't impact this stay.

VERY CLEAN! Staff was hospitable, and welcomed us with open arms! My cousin had her 60th Birthday party in the multi-purpose room. Open and clean space that could be used for a variety of different reasons. My family discussed having our family reunion here and using the pool during the Summer. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and will be coming back!

EVERYTHING! Breakfast was good and FRESH!

The location was perfect for our needs. We ended up only needing 1 room as our grandkids met us in the morning. The hotel staff checked us in early when we arrived and gave us a room on the back of the building - the green space side as requested. We will continue to book with Holiday Inn for future trips.

The property feels fresh and new. Bright colors with great lighting in the room. Facilities were clean and beds comfortable. Breakfast was typical but well stocked and many options of savory and sweets.

Staff could be a little more present and available at the front desk. Perhaps I’ll call next time.

The room was very clean. The bathroom looked like it was recently completely renovated. Breakfast was good.

I could not get on to their free wi-fi. When I called the front desk the girl on the phone was very snippy and said "well it works for us" completely ignoring my problem and not offering any help or suggestions.

Very quiet, spacious and attractive clean room. The beds were comfortable, the towels good quality and the TV large. it was very close to highway and had good food options close by. The young man at the front desk was very welcoming.

I wish they had travel laundry bags in the room. Also wished they had coffee or cookies or fruit in the lobby upon arrival.

It was clean and the location was great. There was plenty of parking, and the staff was friendly.

There is no ventilation in the bathroom. Either there wasn’t any, or the ventilation fan did not work. It made the bathroom very hot.
