I thought my room was very nice and clean. I myself work at a Hotel and know how very hard housekeepers work. Post COVID we were short on housekeepers, so I helped out. It is a very tough job! Kudos to your housekeepers.

I worked at the Front Desk when I first started at my hotel. I know how difficult working the front desk can be. Honestly, if I was still working the front desk I would have quit. People are not nice, and seem to think the Front Desk is the place to blame for everything that might be wrong. It's a tough position. From my experience with your property, my only comment would be that your evening/night front desk staff might be a little more attentive. I came in a couple of nights and there was no one around. I didn't need anything, I just thought it was odd for security purposes that no one was monitoring who was coming through your door. One evening someone was there but was on his phone. He didn't even look up when I came in.

Nice room with a seating area that was very comfortable. Food available for purchase on site. Nice size shower with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided in large bottles.

Check out time was noon but the housekeeper was trying to come in my room at 9:30 AM. I was not dressed and she simply knocked and tried to open the door. Didn’t announce who she was. I just happened to have the latch down so she couldn’t open the door. Also there wasn’t a hair dryer. Not a deal breaker but in case you need one you will need to pack one.

Location and the cost of the stay The staff was friendly and very accommodating.

There was no hand soap in the room. I asked for some at the front desk and they didn’t have any either. I found that to be very strange. There was a local Target near the hotel, so I went to purchase hand soap.

I was charged by both your company and the hotel and have yet to have the hotel fee come off. It was the full amount of my bill. It has been more than two weeks of business days as their agreement states and I was told it would come off. We did no damage to the property and were only there for a pit stop of 5 or so hours.

The property was quite and clean. The room was immaculate with the exception of the little things mentioned below.

The clocks are not set with the correct time in the rooms. The phone message light flashes even though I had just checked in.

The staff here is wonderful. Everyone was always willing to help, greet with a small, and make sure my stay with them was great. It’s a beautiful hotel in a great location. literally minutes from everything but also nice and quiet at night. Will definitely stay here again! thank you so much for the exceptional service!

Loved my stay everyone was kind. Allowed me and my boyfriend to wait around while our room was getting ready.

The second night there kids making noise running back and forth. The bathroom shower could have been cleaner. Had an inoperable light.

The breakfast was good but expensive.

There was no hair dryer in the room. I was unable to properly style my hair the entire stay (5 days). Had I known there would not be a hair dryer, I would have brought mine.

Clean, convenient

Our toilet lever wasn’t working properly. We had to keep shaking it to stop it from constantly running

The staff was very lazy and do not want to do anything it was hard to even get a drink and they overcharge my stay

I couldn’t get my room cleaned it was filthy parking was terrible
