The hotel was clean and convenient. The staff that I encountered were very friendly (with one exception).

I sent the hotel a message in advance that I needed a refrigerator to keep my insulin cold and that would be checking out around 5pm because I had to wait for transportation. I received an email confirmation that my requests had been received and would be met with no extra charge. However, around 11:30am a male staff member told me that I had to check out or pay for an extra night. I even showed him the email but he said the email was only referring to the refrigerator. So he charged me an extra $100 which was covered by the $100 deposit I paid at check-in as required.

Staff was exceptional anticipated my needs and gave me a late checkout before I even asked. They found my credit card and returned it. The room had blackout curtains and a couple strategically placed towels (under door and on room heater that has temp display) and the room was purchased black. Slept deeply for a full 8 hours. Lives up to it's name, Sleep inn. Breakfast was excellent

The hallway carpet needs cleaning. The handicapped room is extremely far from elevator.

Was cleaner than expected from the price I paid. Nice warm shower. A/c nice and cold.

A/c made pretty loud noise while running almost like an engine about to die. Shower handle broken, water pressure could have been better but water was running from the spigot and wouldn't transfer to the head. Used the USB charger to charge my cell phone and instead it drained my battery to 4% from 52% night before. Is that not a charger? Someone may want to make that clear to customers.

Delightful stay. Compact room but very serviceable. Would have liked to stay longer.

Shower door no seal or stops, so leaked to the floor outside. How to work the shower head to keep from getting scaled was tricky, and less than obvious. Had to get help from the desk; reported door. Key card to the room, counter-intuitive, with writing upright one way and a tiny icon in a corner to actually show how it should be inserted into the door opposite of the writing. In a hurry to first enter the room, leads one to think one is locked out or key does not work. Desk came to help with no issue or attitude.

The cleanliness and friendly nature of all the staffI met. Good people and fantastic senses of humour.

2 things 1. No coffee left in my room for my final morning. That was quickly rectified by a trip to the front desk. 2. At 3:30 in the morning I was awakened by an extremely loud discussion, outside my room. Pretty sure it was the staff. Wasn't impressed, but since I was up and had a 10 hour drive, I figured I might as well just leave

every thing was perfect. Coffee and variety of breakfast. pleasant staff all around me. area so easy access to stores,fast foods, the mall, restaurants. Will be going out in the spring. Sleep Inn will be my place to stay. it was absolutely awesome to be so close to my family. Thank You.

The staff was friendly, and the rooms were comfortable. You get what you need for what you pay. A comfortable bed, a clean room, TV, clean bathroom/shower, AC, a desk to work with a super comfy chair, mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker, wardrobe, and nightstands. Breakfast is included—access to a mini gym and laundry room (not free or included in the price). Great location. Walking distance to Walmart, movie theater, mall, restaurants, etc. We traveled from NY to VA with Amtrak, and the Woodbridge station is 10mins from the hotel.

I stood for 3 days, and every morning during breakfast time, they vacuumed the lobby and entrance, which is 2 steps away from the breakfast area, for a few minutes. Not sure why they needed to do it specifically at that time when there were people having their breakfast, but the vacuum was particularly LOUD and incredibly annoying 😑

I liked the amenities in the room: refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, closet space, numerous lights and outlets, comfy work space and a very nice shower! I appreciated having protein at breakfast (I ate the hard boiled eggs) but would have also liked some plain yogurt. The staff was very helpful and friendly!

The room key didn't work well and needed several attempts to activate, the carpet was stained and dirty. There was a constant loud hum (the heater??)

The location. Also, rooms were comfortable and well kept by the cleaning crew

However, most furniture in the room was old and not in the best condition. Holes in the blankets, stained chairs and carpets. Need renovations and also, need more variety for breakfast options.

This is a basic hotel offering great value for money with very simple offerings, an adequate room and bathroom, as well as great Wi-Fi. The breakfast is self-service and good value for money While the reception is a bit slow, I think it was adequate for the rating and the managers on shift when I checked in and left were very considerate of my international travel and requirements to change flight. It is great value for money, and is right across from a Super Walmart across the street, and walking distance to Potomac Mall. I felt comfortable and will be back again. P.S: Having been conned on Booking.com by a non-existent establishment, I really appreciate an establishment which charges when you arrive! Another plus :-)
