Good value. A/C cooled room on a very hot day/evening.

The owner seems to be making an honest effort to upgrade and improve the facilities .. there is still a long way to go. No coffee either in the room or in the check in space....Billboard north of the motel on route 13 said breakfast is included. I knew this was not the case, as I've stayed here before. You need to update that billboard. You need to put a hot pot with coffee in the rooms or at least have coffee available in the check in/out area.

We were pleasantly surprised. The room was very nice, smelled clean. There are no frills., but if you want an nice clean room at excellent rates, this is where you want to go. The only downer, was the man at the desk. He needs to learn to relax and smile. Overall, it was a pleasant experience!! I would definitely stay there again!

Only that the gentleman at the desk doesn't smile and can be a little short.

Easy to find, comfortable bed, basic amenities refrigerator, microwave oven but no coffee maker.

Manger and staff were friendly and when my dog slipped out they helped me locate him. Above and beyond service.

It was very clean and comfortable. A great value and pleasant staff. Would definitely stay there again!

The property could be tidier

The room was clean and comfortable, with everything we needed.

We were just passing through, on our way to North Carolina. The room was a bit more expensive than we had hoped for, since it was a weekend and during the summer months in a resort area. The Friday and Saturday rate was $100 higher than the Sunday to Thursday rate, for the same room. Breakfasts were discontinued due to corona 19, but that is understandable.

There was an odor in the room when we arrived. Air conditioner seemed to get rid of it. Air conditioner very noisy.

I met the owner Paul, and he was very nice. They have been making investments in the property. I like the well-lit parking lot and the lights at the doors. The lighting is on all night and that made me feel secure. They also have security cameras.
