Hampton Inn & Suites Exmore - Eastern Shore

I never have an issues with this hotel when I come back home to visit. Staff is always polite and very courteous

I didn’t like a key was given to my daughter without my knowledge or someone calling to confirm with me because I checked in alone and because someone knew my name and room number a key should not have been issued because if this wasn’t my daughter they would have given a key to my room to a complete stranger.

This is not the first time we have stayed at this Hampton inn & suites in exmore and it won't be the last. Their breakfast area is well thought out and you can eat individually & " private" or in groups with their table set up. The food is always good. The coffee is always great and the coffee station is removed from everything else and available 24/7. The rooms are clean, the beds and bed clothes and pillows are perfect. This is a great hotel

I didn't like having to leave and go home and make my own bed!

Great breakfast, clean rooms, nice location (near food lion, Walgreens, and McDonald’s)

The sofa bed wasn’t super comfortable, but it wasn’t too bad

We loved the location! Was only in the area for a few days but got to see so much during the trip. We also loved the staff. The staff made our stay fantastic. They were all very friendly and we enjoyed their hospitality!!

Enjoyed our stay. We came in late at night from North Carolina and the location was perfect. We were tired and needed a hotel so the location worked out great. Room and beds were very comfortable. Loved the bed covers - soft and warm. Really enjoyed the breakfast! Thankful for the free bottles of water also.

Wish there was a refrig and micro wave in the room. Most of the hotels in our travels up the eastern coast do have them in the room. Would be nice to keep waters and food cold and heat up leftovers. Many of the hotels had walk in showers which are something to consider if you ever remodel the rooms. Many of the travelers are from the older generation and it is difficult to climb in and out of tubs.

Location was good and easy to access. The breakfast options were pretty good. The room was comfortable and clean.

I run into this problem with all hotels - only one chair to a room when a minimum of two is needed. And, the chairs are always uncomfortable.

Location isn't near much-because there is nothing in Exmore to be near! It's tiny! However, just across the highway, literally 1 minute away is a GREAT diner. The Harvest diner. The Hampton had lovely, competent staff. Included breakfast AREA exceeds any other lve been in. Very upscale. Laid out well with coffee/tea/hot water removed from the hub bub of breakfast. But close by. Very clean and well maintained. Food a notch above. Super hotel!

Absolutely clean and wonderful. I do not know what people were complaining about from google reviews, but the room that I booked was absolutely clean. And I travel a lot and experienced 5 star hotels, etc. This place was absolutely clean. After all, isn't that all that's needed when traveling to remote places?

During check in, there wasn't a staff at the counter to greet us. We had to wait for a moment.

Possible one of the most horpitable places i ever had the pleasure of staying if i could id be there right now the staff was execellent

there was really nothing not to like when the people treat you loike family

Sfaff always available & willing to help. Room well supplies & plenty of pillows. Clean elevators, Good meal options, Clear signs for which areas were closed/modified for social distancing.

Given the current COVID situation, open buffet gives tooo great chance for germs spreading so I got my meal early. Another hotel has cafeteria style service so only appropriately attired staff serve. Prepackaged items could also be a consideration.& my 2nd room, tub wasn't clean .
