Motel 6-Lexington, VA

Excellent location right off the Interstate, very clean and quite. If you want a simple clean place to stay and you have pets, this is the place to stay!!!!

For the money, this place has everything you need for a simple quite and clean stay when you have pets. We had no trouble at all, everything was clean and everything worked in our room.

Both of us were very impressed with our room. The beds were really very comfortable- that's the biggest plus. Our room was spanking clean and fresh smelling with no chemical odors. The floor was wood (wood composite) and very spotless. We loved not having carpet!!! The AC/Heat unit had a steady fan setting that didn't cycle on and off- so we weren't woken up all night. Great nights sleep, Thanks!

Early in the evening there was a loud noise from either behind our room or the bathroom next door; it sounded like a loud water-hammer knock, but this didn't occur at night while we were sleeping, so thats fine.

Clean room comfy bed and friendly staff. The location was ideal for our needs. Will definitely be staying again in the future.

Just that our towel holder wasn’t screwed to the wall and fell off when we tried to hang our towel on it. Other than that the room was perfect.

This is an exceptional Motel 6. No frills, and the parking lot seems to be older than the hotel, but for the price, location and cleanliness it can't be beat in Lexington. I have stayed there before and will stay there again as long as they maintain the current standards.

The reception said they would waive the extra charge for our second pet and third pets. The ability to park right outside our door was much appreciated.

The coffee in the lobby was not very good. We were told that only the first pet was free, others would be $10 each this was NOT clear on the website during booking.

Check in was easy and the staff was friendly. When we first walked into the room it smelled like cigarette smoke (it was a non-smoking room) and it was hit because the air conditioner was turned off. The room was clean and in good condition. Great tv channel selection. The bed was very comfortable, but you only receive two pillows per double bed. Also, no shampoo or conditioner was provided. The lobby is currently closed so there is also no coffee.

Room very nicely decorated. Quite clean. Internet WIFI good - watched an entire movie online. Best lighting above bed for reading than all other motels on our route. Close to major highway, but quiet. We felt our car was secure.

The lobby was closed; there was just a small check-in window, and you make a phone call for the owner/manager to attend your check-in. But that was not significant. The person was very nice and helpful.

I love the Fact that they do not have old nasty carpet, but nice tile floors very clean and outdoor entrances

The room was very tidy and well organized. I loved the flooring-no icky carpet! I could get from my car to the room easily. the staff was very kind and friendly. The property was nice and well-maintained. I felt safe as a solo female traveler.

I did not find anything disagreeable.

The Outside appearance was clean but no frills. However once we walked in the room it was truly awesome. Motel 6 doesn’t use carpet anymore I think . Clean , beds good , bathroom excellent, soap,towels, tv great , couldn’t ask for more.
