The view was beautiful! We had a great room to see the mountains (Room #1). The cost was very reasonable. Motel was convenient to Lexington. Bed was comfortable and room was good size. Fridge and microwave were nice to have.

The bathroom remodel was disappointing. It would have been much better to install a larger sink with more surface area. Even just a plastic cup in there would be nice to hold a toothbrush. Maybe install a simple shelf in the bathroom so people have a place to put toiletry items. The shower head was so low my 6 foot boyfriend had to crouch to get under it. Need more chairs outside so people can sit and enjoy the view. There were only 2 chairs for the entire row of rooms on our side of the lobby.

The Inn fit our needs perfectly. We had a wedding close by and this was a perfect location and facility for family around the country to gather and rest from all the festivities. We had 8 rooms. Some were dated, but they are in the process of renovating and adding more rooms. And the fresh ground coffee in the office was exceptional. We couldn't have been happier.

The rooms are not large, but very adequate. We were very comfortable. And who comes to the mountains to stay in the room anyway! It's a quaint, peaceful and quiet inn. They are making improvements and renovations to make it even better.

The view is astounding. You can see the mountains from the whole upper part, as it is up on a hill, and at the end of a long trip, it was great to check out the view. Everything in the room was more like an apartment than a hotel room. Everything was great and there was plenty of room to spread out and relax. Also, there is a gas station at the bottom of the hill if you need gas, or something quick to eat or drink. A top notch place that I highly recommend.

There isn't much in the way of food in the immediate vicinity. Have to drive a little to get to that. Also, if traffic gets busy, the turnoff could get tricky, because there are multiple signs there and you may not be sure where to go (as it is in the same area as the church at the top of the hill), and since it is up a hill you really have to get going to get there. But outside of that, there isn't much to say.

Room was very clean, ac worked great, there was a little table to eat on, plenty of room, bathroom was very clean, the owners were really nice. Great place to stay for a night if you're just passing through town, or on I 81. There's even a church on the parking lot. Not sure if it's affiliated with the motel or not but I've never stayed anywhere before that had a church on the same lot like this. It's right down the road about ten miles north of Natural Bridge. Very quaint. Cute town of Lexington.

There could have been a little more room on the left side of the bed for a night table. There wasn't one. Other than that, it was great, no complaints.

Everything was like new.

The property was fine. Problem checking in. Charged someone else’s room. Corrected then staff couldn’t find our reservation working off of his phone, although I offered our confirmation number. Said we were to check in day before. Not according to my emails. He canceled the reservation on booking.com and gave me a print out. Then charged us the booking.com rate. I hope we get our money back from booking.com if they already charged us too! He was kind but this is second issue with booking.com this year. They still owe us money.

This was clearly advertised as a property under renovation and it is. That being said, the owners are really nice people who are doing the hard work of building their new business. The location is super. They accomodated our request for side-by-rooms, they graciously allowed us to check-in early, though the finishes were basic the rooms were spotless and the bedding was all new. The a/c was great. The outside lighting was awesome. If they were made aware of any issue you could rest assured that they would go above and beyond to make it right. If in that area again I would definitely go back if only to cheer them on. Thank you. Vicki Kerley

We loved everything about this place! Upon arrival the grounds are beautiful. When you enter the office you are greeted with extremely kind staff that is so helpful. That made things great, but once we got in the room I was very impressed. The room we were in was completely upgraded. The bed was very comfortable, but most importantly (to me) the bathroom was top notch!! There was not one thing I could say in complaint of this place!

It was very quiet with a lovely view of the mountains. The bathroom was remodeled. Everything was extremely clean. Excellent price. Fairly comfortable.

The lighting was poor. I got the queen suite in order to have night tables on both sides of the bed, but one side didn't have one. The wooden furniture is old. No breakfast was included. Not a big problem, but the motel is a couple of miles out of town, not right at the interstate.

This small motel does not offer breakfast but did offer coffee and tea in the lobby. There is also a coffee pot in the rooms. The rooms were no frills with no phone, but very clean. The furniture could use some updating but all in all, the room was VERY clean, comfortable, choice of 3 size pillows, a TV in the main desk area room and a TV in the back bedroom. The view was a rural setting just outside of town, so, quiet. I would only suggest a little more lighting up the drive into the property. The owner, front desk, Sharon, was very friendly and had much information about the area. I was VERY pleased with the stay.

I liked the older furniture in the room but would probably refurbish it. More lighting up the driveway into the property.

It was exceptional clean, and the beds were comfortable, peaceful, and nice views. We were traveling in a semi truck, and although it was difficult to get up the hill, management was so helpful in accomodating for maneuvering and parking our big rig. My husband's clock reset to drive was not until after our checkout time, and we were allowed to stay until it was time for him to resume driving. Exceptional service and kindness. We will go again but not in the big truck!!

Everything was great, no complaints. We could've had an extra chair, but that was insignificant.
