I like the location except for the lack of adequate parking. Staff is very capable and willing to go that extra mile to provide customer satisfaction.

The only problem that we experienced this visit was waking up to a rather large red ant or simular in my bed. Twice during my stay. I reported to the front desk and was offered a solution that would only ruin our stay even more. They offered some sort of fumigation that my son has an allergic sensitivety, and the smell is not pleasant and lingers. I would have offered an option of relocating to another suite that wasn't infested or reported any pest. Other than this issue, our stay was pleasant as usual.

The countertops and furniture were very nice quality, modern. the beds and sofa bed were comfortable. Two large TVs. There were two rooms, lots of space for the price. Fridge microwave nice big and clean. While we didn’t get to use it, the pool looked nice and inviting. They offer free laundry service too. Breakfast was good: scrambled eggs, sausages and fried potatoes, along with yoghurt, milk, cereals, beverages, bagels, etc.

The walls were cracked at the corners, the shower pole was broken and though useless, still there. Our room was right outside the elevator (208) and we could hear it throughout the night. There was a very loud air circulation fan that sounded like a wind turbine starting up a few times at night that woke us up each time. The dining area in our room only had room for two at one side, and we squeezed in the other two at the desk, a bit awkward but at least we had space to eat at tables.

The lady for check in this was around 9pm was super sweet & nice! Check in was fast & she gave me a run down of what was offered and where things were located! Room was super clean! Everything was comfortable & perfect! They had sign asking for patience & giving apologies because the breakfast attendant had a family emergency & they were a little short on breakfast ( which was completely okay) The gentleman that checked me out this morning was very pleasant also!

Loved everything

We were all pleasantly surprised , the size of the suite was AWESOME! I had my 4 grandchildren with me and we didn't feel cramped at all. Two tv's was a HUGE bonus as well! The room was really quiet and the kids enjoyed the pool! Breakfast was nice and the employees were all very friendly.

Nice hotel, except we couldn't figure out how to use the TV. An instruction sheet would be very helpful. Logic had nothing to do with operating it! We are not teenage girls who live and sleep with their phones!

The staff was exceptional. Breakfast was hot and it was different on different days. The dinner was good. The dining area was bright and clean.

Couldn't get adjoining suites... No drive under canopy to unload.

Breakfast was like most continental style buffets. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room very spacious and well-decorated. Nice facilities and very clean.

Housekeeping very minimal. Had to request linen and towels at front desk. They were very responsive. However, I felt that housekeeping could have inquired whether you needed supplies.

The breakfast was excellent. The coffee was superb. The food was fresh and hot. The food was not undercooked and delicious. The breakfast staff was very helpful when questioned about when certain food was going to be replenished. As a matter of fact, they would suggest waiting a few minutes because fresh food was coming out.

The juice in the dispenser was sometime watery. In other words, there was not enough concentrate juice to give the desired taste, An example of that would be the apple juice, it was watery because there was not enough concentrate juice in the dispenser.

Chosen after a bad experience trying to book a Marriott room taking four phone calls to fix. This was a dog friendly hotel and it was. Service was excellent.

Price was expensive for a Saturday night and the pet fee made the room $250 for one night on a Saturday. But we had to have a place to stay, and the facility was nice.

The breakfast was absolutely delicious. Every morning everything was delicious
