Staff was awesome, breakfast was great, the chill, grill area was a nice surprise, plenty of parking by most rooms. Although we didn't get to use them, the pool and hot tub looked very inviting and the pool was warm. Also had a laundry room which was handy. Our room had a kitchen that was sufficiently stocked however there was no stove - didn't realize that when we bought dinner.
The room we had was a little worn, Towel bar broken, wallpaper in bath peeling, shelf by sinks broken and repaired poorly.

The location was 3.4 miles from my relatives so I thought that was great. Breakfast was good and the serving hours were excellent. Plenty of seating and very good clean areas.
The receptionist had trouble finding my reservation which I had booked days i advance. I was told the room I booked was not available but after I rebooked at a higher price then online they found my reservation. The manager took $10 a night off my stay but it still came up to more than what I booked for online.

I liked everything. The lobby was very clean, comfortable and inviting. All staff members were welcoming. The room was exceptionally clean, well arranged and comfortable. The free breakfast was above and beyond also. Everything was excellent, excellent, excellent.
