I really love and enjoy staying here! Hands down my favorite and THE best place you can stay at if you are within the area. The staff is kind, friendly and professional. Breakfast is thus far some of the best I've tried. Definitely would recommend it and would encourage you to treat yourself to a stay here. You will not be disappointed at all. Make sure to speak to "Kell" or "Kelly". I have being assisted by him everytime I stay here and he is definitely a guy willing to work with you to try and accommodate your needs.

In all honesty there is no complaints from me. I have stayed here 3 times already and until this day, there is no complaints from me.

Loved the big and clean rooms. Beds comfy and great value for the price. Stayed for 4 nights and we loved it. The hardwood floors were nice for our dog.

Breakfast stops at 9 but I went at 8:30 and not much there besides bread products. Didn't look like they would refill. They did have some French toast sticks that was nice but no options for those not wanting to eat bread for breakfast. Also should be extended to 10am for those who sleep in on weekends. Would definitely stay again though overall. We loved the hotel.

The furnishings were very comfortable. The deluxe king suite with spa tub was spacious and having a delicious breakfast in front of the Amish fireplace in our room with a chilled mimosa made the stay out of this world fantastic!

A piece of trash was dropped in the elevator and never got picked up while we were there. When we arrived the parking lot was being resurfaced which made parking difficult.

The hotel "lost" our reservation so we were put in a King Suite. Room was comfortable and spacious. Easy access to pet potty area.

The clerk at the hotel couldn't find our reservation, I suspect they gave the room to someone else. After having to show our confirmation email, the clerk put us in a King suite, which was rather nice.

I liked that the facility was clean. The rooms were pretty good sized. Free breakfast is always good.

My niece was in the pool area close to 10:00 pm. The security guard came into the pool area and said the kids had to get out. She said she was waiting on a towel because the front desk said they would be bringing them in. I don’t know exactly what was said but my 15 year old niece was crying and scared after the security guard said something to them. I would like to hear about what happened.

Everything was pretty good overall. The room was spacious and had no issues! I loved that the pool was open basically 24 hours if you're older than 18. Easy check in and check out.

The beds are a little stiff, and the shower pressure was pretty weak. Only wished we had a microwave in our room!

It was super clean (which is my number one priority staying in hotels) staff was great, pool and hottub were good, a little small but there were very few people there so it was just fine. breakfast was more than I expressed!

The beds were QUITE soft. But for some people, that’s great… just a preference.

It was so clean compared to other hotels. We did not get to enjoy the breakfast because we left too early. The pool was nice and warm which was amazing. It was also great that they let us choose what floor we wanted to stay on!

I don’t think anything could have been better.

Check in was slow even though we were the only customers at the desk, and there was no one at the front desk in the morning when we needed to check out so we just left our kwy cards at the desk.

The room was comfortable, clean and the cot provided was larger than expected. The pool looked amazing, but we arrive too late and missed you the facility.

We didn't care for the included breakfast. We wished the pool facility was open later.
