Silver Cloud Hotel - Mukilteo Waterfront

Everything was great. Great check in and check out. Nice size room, very clean, smelling fresh. Great location on the water. Seafood restaurant $$$ next door. Brewery across the seafood place :-) 12 pm checkout, wow! Located in a very charismatic place. Definitely worth the drive from Seattle. Very peaceful and safe area. Recommended for families with children. We had 2 with us…. Great playground and the beach a few steps away.

Breakfast was generally not that great. It could easily be better. Coffee was good and you could still choose a thing or two from the buffet to survive the AM hours, but nothing special to reflect on…

The front desk staff are wonderful and very professional. The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable and very quiet. We had one of the king suites on the third floor with a superb view and one of the most comfortable beds we have slept in. The breakfast was very good and the breakfast room was lovely. We love the area and the best part is to be able to just park the car and not have to drive anywhere. We enjoyed dinner at Ivar's and went back for the live music in the lounge. Just a lovely weekend.

The waterfront is literally 30 seconds from your room. The staff was very professional and quick to respond to any inquiry. The rooms were clean and the housekeeping crew timely, courteous and efficient. Overall, the hotel was a very well run place where you could tell the staff took pride in their work. The other guests staying at the hotel were considerate and courteous to each other.

The "city" view rooms face a street, sidewalk, parking lot, a ferry lane and railroad tracks, with constant noise coming in through your window, even late into the night. You'll need to prepared for this, but the hotel location makes up for it.

Every evening, we watched the sun set over the water and fell asleep to the sound of waves lapping against the side of the hotel. Doesn't get better. More importantly, the staff were wonderful -- impeccably courteous -- and I mean everyone. This has got to be one of the best hotels for the money in Washington State. I highly recommend it.

you have no rooms with awfully water view that are handicapped accessible. Rather discriminatory. as the few changes that could be done in the bathroom would not make any difference to an able bodied person. You need to rethink that. If I am going to the water, why would I want a view of the parking lot because I have handicap needs in the bathroom? My money is as good as any able bodied person.

The location of the hotel is awesome, the ocean view is just beautiful, restaurants right next to the hotel, and 5 minutes walk to the ferry terminal. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Definitely will stay at this hotel again if we visit the Mukilteo area again.

None, everything was amazing.

It was a lot nicer than anticipated. The staff were friendly and proficient. Dining/lounge area was very comfortable with a great view. Staff were very tolerant of our late evening discussions in the lounge area 6 of us former college roommates had after not seeing each other for up to 45 years. Thank You!!!

The total price was as quoted but I was surprised the booking didn't differentiate between Friday and Saturday rates from Sunday and weekday rates.

The location that overlooks part of Puget Sound was beautiful as well as relaxing. Waves could be heard through the night and the occasional caw of birds.

The walls inside were thin and the sound of people talking or walking could be heard, echoes through the hallways and rooms were normal.

The view was exactly what I wanted. Watched the sunset a few times just from our room. The blackout curtains were great to block sun from the TV at night. Functioning AC was nice to have for the heat wave. Good towels and plenty of each size.. The bed was nice amd so was the bedding. The room was fairly clean. It was nice to have a sink by the fridge. The only thing funky was the couch. Its cushions didn't even match the frame. They were pretty worn down too.. its something we used every night so it's something I actually cared about.

Only the guy at the front desk was friendly. The ladies not so much. It would've been nice if the room had a pen and paper. We had to awkwardly fill out our breakfast paper at the desk each day as to what we wanted to eat. The food was.. ok. Enough to fill your belly for the morning.

THE VIEW!!!! Unpacking the car looking out at the ferry boats passing, people fishing and gathering on the near by dock was refreshing. The salty breeze, the sound of waves crashing against the beach below was soothing & relaxing. Front desk staff was very helpful & on point. The view of the sound from our room was incredible. We made it just in time for sunset which looked like something out of a movie. A little stroll down the street to the Lighthouse & near by beach capped off a great night stay at this adorable destination.

I'd have to say, honestly, I can't think of a single negative thing I have to say about the facility, staff, amenities, etc... All in all this place, right on the water is as comfortable as they come.
