I liked the 24 hour coffee/small meal station. Their staff was also great and really great options like a great latte, fruit smoothies and small sandwiches were available for a reasonable price. We requested and received main floor rooms together for our family stay. The location has many local walking amenities - food choices, general store for supplies, gas, easy access to get into Seattle/Bothell/Everett, thrift/antique stores, walking trails...really a great value.

We had 3 rooms on the main floor and each room was different. Not that I didn't like it but my parents got a foam mattress which was hard for getting to a standing position. We did have a friendly spider in one room but for a floor room in summer they do generally find a space! I would have liked an option for credit maybe at the little stand for coffee or maybe free coffee when the main office is open.

Incredibly quaint, price was great! Location to our venue was amazing. Staff was fantastic and very responsive. Rooms were clean, if a little outdated.

Our only issue was there wasn't a lobby per se and traveling with an older ADA family member was problematic as there was not a restroom for her to access easily after our very long drive. Which caused her to have increased anxiety and bumped her heart rate up to a level we almost ended up calling emergency services for and might have caused us to cut our trip short.

The close location to a great bakery, frozen yogurt shop and small downtown shops. There is also a Rite Aid right across the street, loved how lots of things were within walking distance. There's also a 24 hour coffee shop in the same parking lot.

The only fault I could find were the beds. I think it was maybe the springs? Anytime I or anyone else in the room rolled over it was pretty loud. If you're a light sleeper you might want to check them. Not sure if it was just our room or not :)

Staff was lovely and accommodating, the room was pleasant, spacious and clean. There is a coffee drive through in the hotel parking lot that makes decent espresso and has several treats for sale. I would stay here again.

Pillows were a bit flat for my personal taste, I would bring my own pillow if I could (minor nit, right?). And the light for the bathroom turns on the fan which is quite loud if you're sharing the space, the midnight bathroom trip is rather disruptive for the sleeping partners.

No breakfast is provided by the hotel, but there is an espresso shop in the parking lot that offers several options. Be aware, though, that the walk-up window is also the drive-through window, so keep an eye out for drivers in desperate need of a caffeine fix. One came tearing around the loop so fast that I honestly thought she was going to hit me. Then she grumbled and complained at me for standing in the drive-through, even though I pointed out to her the walk-up window sign. The rooms and property were very clean!

Our room (#105) had 2 queen beds, a table and 2 chairs, TV, fridge & microwave, but the room didn't really have enough space for everything, so it got pretty cramped quickly. ***We had a bicycle and wedding gifts to put in the room, also. The rooms are dim and could have better lighting, and the bathroom counter is basically non-existent. This is all pretty minor stuff to complain about, though, and it didn't make any negative difference to our stay.

Staff very friendly and helpful, location is great, basics of the rooms were nice.

(1) Noise from the adjacent 24-hour coffee stand is bad at night with loud engines idling and revving outside the window (2) Coffee machine setup was weak (bad coffee in Seattle!?!)

It’s very clean and the staff is friendly. Love the coffee shop!

The water temperature in the shower would fluctuate from hot to cold! It would be nice if that could be fixed. Pillows were too stout for me.

Location is perfect and the coffee hut onsite is handy

An outside guest area (patio & chairs) to sit and drink coffee in the sun would be really nice to have. Our room had one light in bathroom area which was very bright & disturbed you if you're still sleeping since it's not closed off.

The staff was very friendly and informative. The room was very clean, with comfortable beds. The heater warmed up the room in a timely manner. There was even a bag of popcorn on the microwave which was a nice touch.

what breakfast!

there were some rowdies that came in later in the evening with what seemed like many people in one room, and 2-3 dogs, argueing in the parking lot, and in and out of their room. The room located back under the western stairs.
