Apple Inn Motel

From the outside, it looks like an old motel. From the inside, it is all redone and very nice. Such a pleasant surprise. Staff is extremely accommodating. The rooms are cleaned daily. Motel is not on the lake but nearby. A great restaurant a couple blocks away. The pool and hot tub are outdoors but very clean. The pool stays open until 10 or 11pm - late enough to enjoy if you arrive later in the evening.

Close to my in-laws house, which made it ideal for a non-lake centered trip. The room was clean and comfortable. Easy walk to the Apple Cup Cafe for breakfast.

I would have liked privacy shades as well as the blackout curtains provided. Without them, I felt overexposed when the curtains were open. I prefer natural light when available, so keeping the blackout curtains closed during the day for privacy isn’t ideal.

As the oldest motel in Chelan we weren't expecting much. But the outside appearance was neat and clean, and our room had obviously been updated fairly recently - lovely bedding, nice, modern furniture, large vanity with granite top and vessel sink, nice carpet, and the room was spotless. The location was great. Would definitely stay there again.

We had trouble getting on WiFi, but didn't check with the front desk for help.

Ignoring the sock part under the bed, everything in the room was great. The AC worked so that was a win win. The gentleman at the front desk was very polite and didn't rush us since we had gotten there just a few minutes before closing. He went and got the keys from the box outside, instead of just saying it's out there you can just grab them out there.

I didn't like that there was a dirty sock under my bed. And there was no vending machine with snacks. There was one vending machine with drinks but it didn't even have water as an option. And with the hot weather, water would have sounded pretty good. The hallways were really hot.

Older family style Motel that has been well updated without losing its country Motel charm. We were there as a staging area in prep for a backpacking trip so it was nice to have the car right outside the door. Roomy double Queen worked well for our family of 4. Breakfast was a plus.

Love the location of the Apple Inn to downtown Chelan and access to getting out of town when needed. The staff is always pleasant and take care of the rooms and guests. Have been staying here the past 2 years. Will always look forward to coming back.

A convenient place for a one night stop over before catching a ferry to Stehekin the next morning. We were in the rear block away from the road, so road noise was not a problem, and although busy we were not bothered by noise from other guests. Room was large, clean, had everything we needed, and a comfortable bed. Staff were friendly and welcoming on arrival.

I was skeptical, but pleasantly surprised, by the Apple Inn. I was traveling alone and booked my stay late so wasn't being picky, but the Apple Inn was affordable, clean and close enough to walk to plenty of great little restaurants and shops.

We loved the rooms, good wooden feel. Good AC, spacious bathroom which my wife loves and is a key rating for her😃. Staff were very friendly!

Pool on colder side, whirlpool luke warm but just started. This was the only area i think renos and fresh paint would be good. I recognize just reopening after Covid, still liked and would stay again😃

This motel is older, but very well maintained and very clean. The staff was very nice and the location was not far from town. We walked there and back. We had a problem with the tv one night and it was promptly fixed. The bed and room were very comfortable. It is a great value in the Chelan area, where most properties are pretty expensive. Our room was on the back side, so very quiet. We would stay at the Apple Inn again!
