Great breakfast choices, and additional specialty scrambled egg option. They also had soup, chili, chips, salsa for a quick evening option if you so desired.

The TV area was just a bit dusty. No in-room safe. Blackout curtain didn't quite overlap. to use the desk, it had to be rolled out from under the dresser. Then it was a bit awkward to find a good place to put it. The card identifying TV channels made it seem like those were the only channels available when in fact there were MANY more. These are all minor things. The room overall was very clean, the staff very friendly. I would absolutely stay there again.

I am not exaggerating when I say that I thought this hotel was just perfect. Everything was perfect, from the size of the rooms, to the cleanliness of the rooms, to the free food offered in the main lobby throughout the day, this place exceeded my expectations. Just to be clear, when I say I was impressed by the cleanliness, as a former operator of a cleaning company of fifteen years, I tend to pay close attention to the detail of cleanings. But to my surprise, this hotel was spotless. This hotel was more clean than the standard level of attention to detail that I've seen at most five-star hotels that I have visited before. On our second day, we did not want our room cleaned, and left the 'do not disturb' sign on the door. The cleaning staff even left a signed note stating that they acknowledge the 'do not disturb' sign. I was really impressed at the high level of attention to detail that was paid by the staff at this hotel. Also, the room was very comfortable over all. There was an extra rolling desk tucked underneath where the regular desk is located, which made working from the couch very convenient. The mini-fridge was spacious. The TV was at a convenient position, and pivoted, with a great selection of channels. The AC unit was easy to use and responsive. I mention all of these things because as much as they should be standard, it isn't always the case that things just work like they are supposed to. We even reserved a crib for a one-year-old, and they wheeled up to our room an actual crib, not just some pack-and-play, like has been our experience at many other ("higher star") hotels. Not only will I make sure to stay here if I am ever in the area again, but knowing how much I enjoyed this hotel will certainly influence me to want to visit the region even more often that I would have otherwise, and to find an excuse to make another trip out to Wenatchee.

The only thing I would mention, and this isn't a complaint, but for some reason the temperature on the A/C unit is reading a few degrees lower than it actually is. I carry around a thermometer whenever we stay at hotels, because I don't want our 1-year-old to get sick, and when we set the AC temp at 70 degrees, the room temperature would actually be at about 76 degrees. Again, this is not a complaint, this is completely out of the control of the hotel/staff, but just something to keep in mind if you stay here.

Stay at Comfort Suites Wenatchee was a great overnight stay. Easy to find in a quiet area of Wenatchee. Staff from the front desk to preparing an omlette of choice at breakfast was very helpful and worked hard to make our stay enjoyable. Comfy beds! Rooms were large and clean, And, parking was plentiful on site. Wi-fi easy to access and strong. Finally, this was a great value by comparison. Try it, you'll like it!

Nothing not to like. To get even stronger, Comfort Suites could broaden breakfast choices available.

On a scale of 1 to 10 we give Wenatchee Gateway an 11. The staff was so helpful and curtious. Special kudos to "Breakfast Brian" who's cheerfulness, patience and helpfulness was above and beyond. From check-in to check-out our week there was one of the best we've experienced in our years of traveling. We will be looking for Comfort Inns in our future travels. Keep up the good work. Great evening chocolate chip cookies!

What a comfortable hotel! And staff....each one helpful and courteous. As a hotel manager for 40+ years I know what it takes to provide excellent guest experiences...you have done it! Special kudos to Olivia who took the time to help me figure out how to get back to the freeway ( construction nightmare!) And, I loved hearing the Subday morning buffet staff person ( a gentleman- didn't catch a name) Checking in with tables; actually visiting a bit w guests as he cleared dishes and cleaned 😀

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The property was very well maintained and clean. The area was quiet and pleasant and easy to find. Breakfast was really good and the breakfast area was kept clean and tidy at all times by an attentive staff who was also very friendly.

The couch in the suite was old and uncomfortable to sit on. Our stay was for two nights, and we did not receive a replacement of any of the bathroom supplies (shampoo, conditioner, etc.) on the second day; they were extremely small to begin with.

The staff was amazing! Everyone was super friendly, polite & helpful. The room size was much bigger than we expected. And the little freebie extras like the lemon water, fresh cookies & tortilla chips with salsa, chili & soup in the lobby were unexpected & much appreciated- especially at the price point for this hotel.

Would have loved an out door pool vs indoor, but not a deal breaker

The breakfast was great . Really liked the sausage links(one of my wife's favorites). There were a lot of options available to us. Really nice to get a hot breakfast without needing to leave the property.

TV was a little difficult to watch from the seating area. One of the safety bars in the shower was not secure. I let staff know about it when we checked out.

It is a nice place. Clean. The free breakfast is a real selling point and makes it a great value. We would spend $100 at a restaurant feeding the fam.

Need better key cards. We had to go get ours redone at the desk several times because if you get them near your phone, they demagnetize and that was annoying

Beds were very comfortable and breakfast was great. Front desk was very helpful.

Would not change anything.
