We stayed here last year and because of that experience, we booked again. This is a newer facility in great condition and is kept very clean and tidy. The breakfast is one of the best we've had at any lodging facility with a great variety of choices. During this stay the breakfast area was quite busy but the staff kept everything well stocked and the tables cleaned.

My only suggestion for improvement would be that the room entry doors and the bathroom doors as well, close with a very loud bang if the person using it doesn't keep a hold on the door and lets it slam on its own. On this particular stay (2 nights), we had neighbors who repeatedly let their door slam until 2 am. It's tough to sleep under those conditions. Maybe some noise-dampening would help. This was more of a rude neighbor issue than a facility issue.

I was charged more at the front desk than what I booked my room thru Priceline for. When I mentioned it, I was told I was wrong. When I brought proof to the front desk, I was told there was nothing they could do because they already charged my credit card and I should talk to the manager the next morning. Not worth the hassle for a a little bit of money, but that shouldn’t happen and I did not like the way it was handled.

The facilities were clean and modern like the room looked to have been remodeled recently. The beds were plush and comfortable with ample pillows. Complimentary breakfast was a bonus. Good access to the freeway but not noisy at all. Front desk people were friendly and professional. We checked in earlier in the afternoon but our room wasn't ready, so we spent the day out and came back later in the evening. They made notes in the system and made sure we had a room on the top floor away from the elevator, rather than giving us a bad room for checking in late.

We re-checked in late in the evening and the front desk was unattended. There was a note ( be back in 10 minutes) but being tired with the family didn't like having to wait. Breakfast was ok but the OJ and AJ was diluted. I was told they were changing out the juices so probably bad timing that we got the bottom of the supply. The one elevator was uncomfortably warm, needs some ventilation.

The staff was extremely friendly from check in to check out. The bed was one of the most comfortable hotel beds I’ve ever slept in. They were on top of cleaning service for the few days I was there. The rooms are modernized and more up to date. Breakfast was pretty decent. It was a quiet weekend and not too many people were around so it made my stay nice and peaceful.

Only thing is hotel is not very close to stores or food places.

I loved how easy and simple check in was. I don’t remember the woman’s name who checked me in but she was really nice. She made check in extremely easy and small talked throughout the transaction. She even gave me a little information on what’s going on with the fire and weather. I really do wish I would’ve gotten her name to properly acknowledge her. 10/10 service from her. She made everything so simple!

The table we ate at during breakfast had some spilled syrup that wasn’t cleaned. Simple fix.

The bed in the room was so high my wife. needed assistance getting on the bed. When I asked if they had rooms with lower beds, I was told that they were all the same. They provided a 3-step “step stool” to assist her. The room was handicap accessible, so this issue seemed to be forgotten.

Breakfast and location were good. Not happy about the bathroom. Both days there was hair in the shower which wasn’t ours, long and black. Also, we are seniors. Getting in the shower was a real challenge as there was no mat and we were afraid we would slip and fall, so we didn’t shower the 2nd day. It would have been nice if there was a bar to grab onto also. The micro wave was so low we had to get down on our knees to use it. Not an easy thing when your a senior. Don’t know as we would be back as there are so many hotels in that area.

Lisa front desk at check in was great. Location. Proximity to dining, movie theater and highway. Amenities like poos, spa and exercise room.

TV. You need a guide accessible by the remote on the tv. I kept sliding off the edge of the bed. Too high? Some kind of weird topper? Electrical receptacles on walls did not accept my plugs. You need a place to use bands in the exercise room especially if there aren’t any weights or dumbbells.

We have arrived around 315pm. Check in time is 3pm per staff. But we didn’t have one of the rooms until after 4pm. It has caused inconvenience and made us late for the wedding event at 445pm which was at lake Chelan. We have travelled the world for many years and this was the first time we have experienced this.

Delayed and didn’t accommodate the room together.

Everything was excellent. The only thing I've never been ok with in all hotels lately is breakfast cut off so early. I feel that you are rushed out. Yet not all people are able to check out by 9:30. Check out I feel should be 12 noon and breakfast til 11am. Housekeeping hours can change if it's about labor hours. Guaranteed more happy customers that enjoy breakfast before travel rather then rushed.
