Loved my room - size, bed, closet space, bathroom, ironing board, fridge - and especially direct access outside with a table, chairs and sumptuous view of the harbor. Breakfasts were ok - maybe fruit other than bananas - and my coffee machine was tough to handle.

One front desk hostess never smiled - for my welcome, for my departure - in fact, she was downright rude and unpleasant. Another hostess, however, was so helpful and friendly and made all the difference to the mood in the lobby.

the location was so unique and fun- birds, boats and sea lions from your window nice restaurants walkable from hotel our view from our window we didn’t love the breakfast in your room but thought it was cool they offered two pillow choices, firm and soft controlling the air was nice parking was free, ample and convenient cute decor

uncomfortable bed super dangerous windows- love they open for fresh air but they are low and third floor was high and a kid almost fell out- maybe restrict how far they go out? Our room wasn’t very clean

Convenient location, nice comfortable rooms, great view, and the staff was fantastic. Would highly recommend this place. Look forward to returning in the future

Very friendly (and hands-on) staff. small patio overlooking harbor. Dog friendly. Cosy (small) lounge with coffee / tea. Nice little breakfast that one can get in the room (and enjoy on your own patio or in the nice lounge). Location in the harbor is great. on the waterfront walkway and near the famous bridge connecting to town

Roomrate is nowadays high (in most hotels) making it less attractive to travel with family

There were so many things to like-Being beside the marina, seeing harbor seals, being able to walk to good restaurants, watching trains, breakfast delivered to room every morning, and a very comfortable bed.

It would’ve been nice to have different main offerings for breakfast from time to time rather than just a sausage, egg & cheese croissant or steak & cheese burrito each day. The food was always good though. Also, it would have been nice if the credit card feature on the vending machines worked.

Amy greeted us warmly when we arrived and explained the breakfast - even warmed our room up for us! Had issues getting the TV working and TWO staff members came up and sorted it out. Breakfast arrived on time and was delicious - we'll definitely be back!

Great pet friendly room with access to a private patio, green space, and view of the marina. Sam at the front desk was so nice and super helpful. Breakfast delivered to the room was a treat.

It's a tiny bit worn. Blinds and sheer drapes could use replacing.

Unlike previous stays, we were not given the room requested and expected. We always have had a 1st floor room facing the water and with patio. I use a walker so 2nd floor was more difficult plus there was no availability of a room for disabled (raised toilets, walk-in showers grab bars. The price far exceeded previous stays. Breakfasts were poor !

I loved being by the water. Plus the place was nice and exclusive.

The breakfast was not great at all. I didnt even get to eat the steak burrito. The wrap stuck to the wrapper and the breakfast sandwich was hard.

Breakfast was delivered timely to my door, even when I had to check out early. Breakfast choices were limited but the room delivery was unique and appreciated.

For people looking for more of a vacation destination having a hot tub or lap pool would be nice. This hotel does not include those. It is quiet, quaint and comfortable.
