The staff were wonderful, the spa bathtub was a life saver, the room was large and comfy.

The dishwasher leaked, the carpet barriers had some nails poking through. Other than that we were happy.

The whole experience was great, the hotel was very nice, clean, the whole hotel setting was beautiful, I like how they have a free laundromat there, they have a swimming pool, hot tub, business center, a little gym, free breakfast, my room was very clean, comfortable and loved how there was a full size fridge, stove microwave, and dishes ready there, the staff was very friendly and helpful which made my stay even better.

I had to pay 50 dollar deposit on top of what I had already paid which I had no idea I had to do that, it was not stated anywhere that I had to do that then I was also told that I would get that 50 dollars back after I checked out which I have never received yet

I liked that the staff was friendly, I liked our room and it was spacious.

Although this hotel was nice, the things I noticed was that there was trash outside the rooms that no one picked up. We arrived in the evening and the trash was still there the next day. I also noticed in the room I was in, there was three old wet towels from the pool just shoved in the drawers when I opened them. Also the blankets on the bed are very thin. If you get cold easily than I would bring your own blanket. I also didn’t like the location. It was right by a Chevron and there seemed to be an increase of homeless people lingering around.

the room was very clean and comfortable. well laid out with all the necessary amenities. The breakfast was also quite good with a slight variation each day; dining area was also kept quite clean and orderly.

I am recovering from a knee replacement with a handicap parking placard. There were multiple vehicles, without proper placards/licenses that I witnessed parked in handicap spaces, making it unavailable for authorized persons to park closer to the entrance. I reported this to the front desk on the 1st day and was advised it would be referred to security. Second night I addressed a security person about the same issue and was dismissed. Basically, I was unable to park overnight in a handicap stall during my 3-night stay.

The room was very clean! Really appreciated that. Everyone we encountered at the front desk was very attentive and kind. The kitchenette was a surprise, very practical.

The location is a bit bizarre, looking out the window was a man gardening by a house and some large, coiled drain pipes all over. Not the hotels fault, but it was awkward. Parking a big rig isn't that great there either, narrow spots.

It was clean, comfortable and reasonably quiet. Don’t believe some of the BAD review’s. The hotel CANNOT be blamed for the homeless crap around Seattle/Everett. If you need a hotel near Everrett this one is fine.

The 4YO Basketball game in the room above us from 7 to 9:pm. Thump, thump, thump, for two, three hours straight by somebody’s kid.

The room was impeccable—best night's sleep of our entire trip. I really appreciated the laundry facilities and the options for breakfast.

As we were checking out, the breakfast staff was having a loud and curse-filled "fun" conversation as they were cleaning up the breakfast area. There was absolutely no decorum, and it was highly inappropriate, especially in front of our children. The lady at reception apologized and looked humiliated, rightfully so.

Stayed in the sweet with two separate bedrooms. It was great and added privacy for all us!

We specifically booked the hotel so we could use the pool, but the pool was closed for maintenance. Would stay again, especially once the pool is repaired.

Housekeeping was extremely nice and friendly. Though facilities like the printer weren't working, the staff was helpful and was able to get us the printouts from the reception. The rooms, kitchenette and, bathroom was good, convenient and clean.

The breakfast provided was not satisfactory - could've been a lot better in quality and quantity. The portions were very little for an adult. They also didn't have an option to purchase on site. There weren't many parking spaces - ran out very quickly. The facilities were working satisfactorily. The printer was out of service.
