Nice room clean hav everything I needed no smell guy at the front was nice

There is nothing to not like my stay was wonderful i would only recommend changing the hall carpet’s or deep cleaning them there are smokers outside but only in the back they do not bother you and they are quiet for the most past this is Washington so they are everywhere i don’t understand why people complain about something that has nothing to do with them or they don’t offer no solution

Beds were comfortable. Plumbing worked well including shower and hot water. Nice to have a refrigerator and microwave. Staff was friendly and willing to help you.. Had an elevator for the upper floors. Place was clean in my opinion.

It was nice to have some good coffee. Which they had.Always nice to have a nice hot breakfast but they did not. If you wanted a hot breakfast you can get that at the gas station next door which is a short walk away. It has many breakfast options but you have to pay for it.. Also, air conditioner did not work well. At the coldest setting, it was barely enough to keep the room cool. Don't know about the heater. It was warm outside during the time.

someone pulled the Fire Alarm at 3:00 AM. Everyone had to go stand in the Parking Lot. At Check out the gal refused to give me a receipt for my Expense Report "Because you booked Online" !!! Which is crap since I travel EVERY WEEK and book online and always get a Receipt. In fact on BOOKINGS.Com one of the final questions is a Box to check if you'd "like a Invoice at Check out". I've stayed at plenty of Red Lions and this one is the only one I got treated like crap........

I previously stayed at a Motel 6 because it was the least expensive. That was a huge mistake. The room was spotless and the service was great, but the room was real tiny and there were tweakers living in some of the other rooms. One of them tried to sell me shoes they'd just stolen. Another peed in the hallway. The Red Lion cost more, but the hotel itself and the room was so much nicer and quieter. The bed was comfy, too. They also had a pool and checking in and out was incredibly fast. Wish I would have booked a stay there instead of the other place.

Overall the stay was excellent. But if I could change anything, it'd be the pillows and towels. They're real rugged from so much use.

We were happy to find this hotel. It was very near to where we were having our car fixed. Also we were long time residents of Kent before we moved to Ocean Shores.

We were told it was had just changed owners and still setting up things. Yes some of the furniture is a little worn and no breakfast service yet but sure it will all come together soon enough.

Employees were awesome and jumped through hoops so I could get checked in with my temp id after the worse week ever and getting my purse stolen most hotels wouldn't work with me but red lion did. New management has made great changes to this place and I'll definitely be back

I booked the king suite with the spa tub, because we had spent the week moving. The spa tub was relaxing.

The spa tub is difficult to get into, and my girlfriend slipped when doing so. It could use a step, and a handrail would be a good idea. Also, we asked for, and got, a late checkout, then housekeeping knocked on the door 10 minutes before that checkout time, while we were getting dressed. Not cool.

it was clean and very inviting! Beds were very comfortable. Both the indoor spa & sauna were open to guests. Felt “normal” as most hotels have shut down. I booked my stay for 1 night so I could be “close” to Harborview Trauma Unit. I ended up rebooking 4 more nights. Catherine, David and staff were understanding & amazing. Traveling back to Seattle soon & will definitely book this RedLion again!

I loved our room & that the staff was friendly. My favorite was the pool hours. We have had such busy days, and we got this hotel room for our daughter to be able to swim, and she was able to spend alot of time swimming.

The deposit. I understand that people are disrespectful to property & the reason behind a deposit. It just sucks for people like us, that leave the room in the same condition we got it or better.

Location of the hotel was easy to find and there was a gas station and store right next door to the hotel. Room were very clean and spacious. The pool was open for use and we were all able to use it and enjoy the night. The Front Desk Agent Jasmine was very gracious, professional and friendly. She epitomizes professionalism and humanitarian. Jasmine went off and beyond to assist our request to accommodate our needs. JASMINE DESERVES A RAISE.
